With the recent partnership with Medical College of Georgia, a degree with Augusta State, GRU, or Augusta University is one that will be followed with a look of prestige. This school offers a great challenge in each of its fields and career opportunities are growing and plausible with a degree from here. With an extremely well-rounded career center, mock-interviews, resume reviews and guidance towards job searching is a breeze with the staff found on the second floor of University Hall. Many medical fields promise job placement upon graduation and that is one incentive worth working towards!

My overall experience at AU has been pretty great The courses here are challenging but definitely not impossible. Science and math courses will make you rethink everything you ever thought you knew about studying but in the end you'll be thankful for the challenge. Aside from one, my professors have been amazing. Every professor I have taken has been extremely proficient in their field, and not one has ever refused to help or guide me in the right direction. Business office and academic advisement is lacking in some areas, mostly communication and clarity but other than that AU has it going on! With the recent name change and rise of sport victories, Augusta has itself a college-town growing right under its nose. I cant wait to grow with this college!

I have really enjoyed my time spent at Augusta University. I am extremely involved on campus and the student experience is as fun as you make it. The smaller community is great for close friend groups and relationship but this school can also provide a great spring board for other institutions if you're looking to bank some college credits. The professors are great, the campus is beautiful and student life is flourishing! Opportunities are endless here!
