4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Very early yet, but overall I have been impressed and actually surprised by the diversity of students and thoughts. The campus is beautiful and easy to access my classes.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I chose Auburn due to it reputation in my chosen area of study. If i excel in my classwork, I am confident that I will be in a very good situation for my career upon graduation.

4 College Freshman

Health & Safety: I have not had an issue or ever felt in danger. Campus is well lit and there is a system of Kiosk all over campus to reach someone if you feel unsafe

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: My room is in a great location and that was my priority. It is an older dorm but well maintained. Some of the newer dorms have larger rooms and bathrooms if that is a priority for your housing.

Greek Life: I am involved and just went through Rush. I am very happy with the outcome and excited about being a part of something that is bigger than myself. The commitment to the greater community seems genuine. Rush was a stressful process so I was glad that it took place before classes began the following week.

Athletics: Auburn is a Southeastern Conference School where sports are very much at the center of students on campus. Some professors seem to be engaged with this aspect of Auburn as well but as passionately.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: After 3 weeks, I am very happy with my decision to attend Auburn. Most students are warm and friendly and take pride in academic achievement. Professors are younger than imagined.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I won't change where I pick to spend my college years for the world.

Overall Experience: I was able to find a part time job very easily through the career center website. My friends have similar results.

Health & Safety: Health center is good on campus. I have never felt unsafe on campus. It is one of the only ones I have run into that has a bus system that basically runs all the time.

Campus Housing: The newer places to live are amazing. However, the Hill and the Quad need to either be torn down or redone. The only good thing about the Quad is the proximity to classes, while the Hills price is the best. Prices for the village and Donahue are way to expensive for what you get.

Greek Life: There are a bunch of different sorority and fraternity types on campus.

5 College Junior

Athletics: Sports are a huge part of campus life & the gym is amazing

Overall Experience: Students are awesome but class are hard

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Like I stated earlier, I always believed if you wanted to be a veterinarian you go to Auburn.

Athletics: As someone not into athletics as much as academics, I really can't speak to this. I'm assuming we have to be good though cause this town is insane with support when football season comes around.

Overall Experience: I'd always heard that if you want to be a veterinarian, you go to Auburn. Just like if you want to be a lawyer, you go to Harvard. There's a lot of frat boys and sorority girls, partiers, spoiled rich kids living on their parents' dollar…I feel like that's nothing unique to Auburn though. The people who want to be here for constructive reasons will find ways to commit and manage their time to get it done and make something of themselves. I've been out of school for 10 years, off serving in the military and maybe that's the reason I find the younger crowd seemingly still irresponsible and undisciplined when I came back. I like to keep in simple, you get out what you put in, it's just the way it is.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Easy to talk to and its very easy to get your classes assigned properly and mainly at times you'll want.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: so many opportunities for jobs an internships that can help for after college.

5 College Freshman

Health & Safety: there are so many great facilities for mental and physical health. I know all the best places for people to get help and resources are always available.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I live on the hill and they just renovated my building so its pretty nice. not only is it the cheapest option on campus but its also fairly roomy and well kept.

4 College Freshman

Greek Life: I'm not currently in a sorority but i can't wait to rush during my sophomore year! There are lots of opportunities for service, socializing and new ways to enjoy the Auburn Experience.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: Let's get real WAR EAGLE! Auburn sports are great and we have lots of highly ranked sports to choose from. Though everyone thinks of auburn as a football school there are lots of opportunities to experience other d1 and highly ranked sports such as equestrian, golf, track and field, gymnastics and basketball.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I'm a freshman but so far my Auburn experience has been incredible. Everyone is so friendly and inviting and its a great place to live work and make friends.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: They give a lot of information at orientation about how to stay out of bad situations. There are poles with blue lights all over campus that can call 911. There is also a security shuttle that only operates at night and can take you anywhere on campus.

Overall ExperienceWhat's this?

Overall, students are very happy to be in Auburn. They love the people around them and the experiences that they get to have.

College is what you make of it. If you sit at home and don't do anything, then you won't enjoy yourself no matter where you go. With all the options you have offered to you at Auburn, you have to try to not have a good time. And with a student body that is so happy to be here, it's also hard not to get swept up in the excitement. As always, it's a good idea to visit a college or university before making a final decision. Make sure you're as happy and comfortable as you can possibly be.
