Overall Experience: I love Athens Tech. The classes are small and that means you get more one on one time with your teacher. Communicating with your professors are key.

Overall Experience: My professors have been exceptional in helping me achieve my current success. I can definitely say that smaller classrooms allow for better student-teacher relationships and facilitate communication. I have graduated from a large university, and I can assure you that I have learned as much, if not more, and with much less stress while obtaining my degree at Athens Tech.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is expensive, but fair. Athens Technical college does not accept federal loans, which was a disappointing because I am an adult returning to school after 20 years so obtain an education, but also to live independently for the first time in my life. I am a hard worker, but to work, go to school full time an maybe get some sleep is exhausting.

Career Services: I have almost complete my second semester as a full time student. In the past year I have attended career forums with attorneys in the area that volunteer their time to help us with resumes, interview questions and most importantly networking.

Academic Experience: The Associates Degree in Applied Science is a tough program. The hours and dedication of attaining the educational information and the loss of income from being a full time student. I am a member of the Student Paralegal Association and the information and resources from attending all of the events is priceless. Diane Hess a lawyer and teacher is invaluable. Very Knowledgeable about this profession, expects a lot from her students, and really wants us to succeed in this profession. We are required to complete an internship. The program has a list of attorneys in the area that intern, and employee many students.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: The educators are top notch. The majority are holders of at least a masters degree as well as many with Doctorates.

Very demanding workload, must be dedicated. There are many different clubs, associations, workshops, free tutoring!

Campus Resources: Wonderful library, all the greatest technology and resource available. The Director of the student, Jake Mosley is friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. He will help you with anything he possibly can.

3 College Freshman

Student Body: Most of the students at my school have a classroom set mind. They come to their classes and they leave.

4 College Freshman

4 College Freshman

Academic Flexibility: There is always someone available to talk to about whatever problem you're having.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: My school has a great record of ensuring their graduates are employed.

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: While my school offers online classes, I try to avoid them. I am a better classroom student.

4 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid: Tuition and fees are reasonable, however it can be difficult to find the money.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: I am working full time as well and it has been fairly easy to work class around that.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Professors are well informed but can be difficult to get one on one time with to talk about strengths and weaknesses.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: They have a great degree to career placement percentage.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: They have excellent resources but they are not very evening friendly.

4 College Sophomore

Student Body: I enjoy the atmosphere on campus.

3 College Freshman

Tuition & Financial Aid: They make you pay for parking even if you on't have a car. And if you don't have a car you either have to ride with someone or take the bus which adds up to over fifty dollars every month.
