Academic Experience: The classes are 5 weeks in total, they go quite fast and for a working mother it gets a little difficult, but managable. Doing the classes online does make it much for convienent, especially not having to take the time to go to a campus. I can do the work, submit it and go on with work or home tasks.

Online Courses: I have taken online courses at other schools, but this is the first time I felt like I was learning. This format of classes helps because you can prioritize your time and energy for everything else that you have to do that day. Convenience is the thing I love most about Ashford.

Online Courses: Much easier than sitting in the traditional classroom. Workload is not overbearing, and the professors are very good at working with you in the event of an emergency.

Campus Resources: I attend online schooling and have not had the pleasure of visiting the campus. I do know there are a lot of resources on in the student portal to use. You have to click and investigate and not be afraid to end up in the wrong place. Experiment with the different areas and you may learn something you didn't know

Tuition & Financial Aid: I have had good success with my classes to this point. As far as the financial aid, the only help I have received is with the normal paperwork for student financia aide from the government FSFA. I have asked numerous times for help finding aide and continue to be told to go to the internet, there is nothing he school can offer or any other advice it can offer than this. Not sure what to think of this and if anyone has the same issue.

Student Body: Everyone is friendly and interaction has been pleasant

Campus Resources: I am an online graduate student. The computer is essential for my schooling. I work with no issue on pc platform and tablet platform. The advisors, counselors, professors respond quickly and immediately with problems. I am very impressed with the resources available with today's technology.

Campus Resources: The campus resources are excellent and most of the instructors

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is not very expensive compared to other online schools but they do not help you very much with financial assistance. The books are very expensive and you have to ask for the voucher to purchase these books.

Online Courses: I have enjoyed working online with Ashford. The support Tech though needs more work on responding back to students. This has let me further my career an now I am looking forward at my Master's.

Academic Flexibility: The academic flexibility is great at Ashford. I was able to double up on classes when I needed to in order to receive my degree quicker.

Student Body: All are polite and reminded to practice proper netiquette so as not to pull any sensitive strings during discussions.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The education I am receiving have opened up many doors for me. The teachers are easy to communicate with, the timing of the courses offered are within my busy schedule, making going back to school a task that can be completed without having to take breaks in-between.

Online Courses: I have been to other online schools and Ashford University is ahead of the game. Their online classes are packed with options, but easy to use. If you need help with using a feature online, like the library, there are many sources to help you use the library to find a specific book. They also have apps for smart phones and tablets that allow you to stay up to date with class discussions and grades.

Tuition & Financial Aid: Overall, Ashford University's tuition is very competitive, compared to other top online schools. Online schoolilng is expensive, averaging about $300 per unit, but I did research on the pricing for a bachelors degree on several schools, and Ashford was a couple thousand dollars less than other schools.

Student Body: Most of the students at Ashford University have families and have a secular job. They are busy working adults trying to get a degree to better their lives. It is mostly school related when it comes to interacting with you fellow class mates, but always interesting to read what they have to say in the discussion boards.

Campus Resources: Since I attend on-line they have on-line resources the classes are 5 weeks, you submit 2 posts a week and on week 2 you submit a 2-3 page paper and also on week 3 you do the same and in week 5 you will always have the final paper which is usually 8-10 pages you also have a weekly quiz.

Student Body: So far, I have had one course that was very open to diverse views about religion. Many of the students opinion were not similar but it never got to a point where anyone seemed aggressive in their responses. Our economic and ethical perspectives will always differ since we live and grew up in different parts of the world. Still we come together as one and discuss them in a professional manner.

Online Courses: When I first started at Ashford University I thought it would be difficult to register. However, I got through the process in less than a week time before beginning my first course. The workload is no different than attending an actual classroom. Overtime, managing school time with our other responsibilities get easier. In my opinion, the benefits of taking online classes is that I get to fully concentrate on my school work from home without anyone around to distract me. Sometimes, we have to isolate to be great. In interacting with my classmates online, I always receive positive responses and energy. We are not afraid to point out the flaws of each others' work and see how it can be improved. Most of the professor that I have worked with are always available to assist and guide us with our course studies.

Academic Flexibility: Ashford is okay, I like UOP better but I hate that we had group work.

Ashford University provides a great learning experience in a very unique environment. If you ask online Ashford students if they're happy with their choice to attend school there, most would probably say that they would do it all over again if they could, mainly because of its flexibility and convenience with schedules. The instructors are helpful and respond to questions in a timely manner, usually within one to two days. The instructors are helpful and encourage students to constantly look for better answers. Online classes are very convenient to students with complicated schedules; students can complete assignments at their own leisure, yet within the time constraints of deadlines. Most students find no problem completing their assignments.

A drawback of being an online student is that you don't have the opportunity to really check out the organizations or physical resources Ashford offers. However, the University does have an online library that students can go into from the Student Portal. The library is easy to use, and students can usually find most of the sources they need when writing a research paper. Even though it isn't your typical college interaction, the instructors and classmates are friendly and very helpful when you have questions. Students are able to help each other in unique ways. In one case, a student didn't have her book for class yet, and another student was able to scan a copy of the assignment and e-mail an attachment to her. Classmates are also helpful in post discussions and give each other timely advice and wisdom.
