Academic Experience: I like that online classes are offered but getting registered is a little crazing because of the student to staff ratio.

Academic Experience: The Dental Assisting program is a wonderful program to be in. It is a one year program and you are able to start clinical in your second semester. I have learned a ton of material in just three months so far. The workload is a lot, but if you stay on top of the work then it will not pile on top of you. The curriculum is strict; being on time, not missing class, dressing appropriately, and call instructors if you can't make it to class. They are like this because it makes us ready for the real world and understanding responsibilities. The facility that we have is great we have a dental clinic with a lot of rooms to work in and plenty of materials for everyone. The job opportunities are fairly good because we get to work in offices the last two semesters and most of the offices hire you once you finish school or recommend you to another office if they are full.

Academic Experience: I know that ABtech offers plenty of extra help for all subjects, so students don't have just the teachers but also other helpers available. As far as I know the workloads and professors are about the same, there may be a few classes with harder material and more work. Every class and teacher will be different and have different expectations for students. I feel like ABtech is a great school to start off at. Most students do not know what they want to go to school for and going to a university without knowing is a good bad thing. They get the experience of being away from home and growing up but then also it can cause them to get in debt with school loans and being confused about school. Starting off small is better.

Academic Experience: If you are planning to transfer. Take the 44 core or the associate in arts and complete that. It is worth it.
