4 College Senior

Health & Safety: If there ever was a situation it has always been handled right away.

Scholarships: The system is unfair. simple as that.

College Senior

Guys & Girls: Everyone is really nice and open minded. No one makes you feel left out. Unless it is a rough week which we all have eventually, there is barely drama.

College Senior

Greek Life: There are no fraternities or sororities on campus.

3 College Senior

Athletics: since it is an art school there is no real sports besides our March Madness, which is a basketball tournament between majors.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I have worked in the career office on campus and they know exactly what they are doing.

They are really there to help and never forget who you are.

College Senior

Campus Housing: We do not have housing on campus. but they do provide us a information on where to look for housing near school and students are always posting about needing roommates.

3 College Senior

Party Scene: Students don't really party as much. and if we do, it's a bit awkward.

5 College Freshman

Local Area: Pasadena is a lovely area to live. The city is great and close to Downtown LA

College Freshman

Greek Life: We don't have any greek life

3 College Freshman

Administration: People are very focused on being great in school. Different than other colleges.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: The school doesn't offer any housing yet. But they have an off- campus housing website which is very helpful.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: Near Hillside campus off-campus dining has not really any options but near the South campus it is close to many nice dining places.

College Sophomore

Greek Life: There is no Greek life at ACCD.

4 College Junior

Academics: There's a group of us that all come in at the same term, and we all see each other a lot due to us having to take a lot of the same classes. The teachers are pretty tough (find an upper termer and talk about which is more suited to your pace). A lot of the teachers are currently working in the industry so they give great insights. Workload is heavy most of the time but it's worth it. And as for internships, there are internship fairs (really helpful), but it's really up to you—you need to prep your portfolio and do research.

Academics: I wish there were a greater variety, there's not much that I really, really want to take. But the ones I have taken were great. It's slightly easier and more relaxed than the art classes, and the teachers will understand if you have problems and will talk with you about it. Many of them are in some ways related to the art field so they understand. Most of the time it's tough getting the popular classes, but even the other ones have wait lists. If you get a good registration date, lucky you, if not, hope that some drops during the waiting period.

Health & Safety: Since the campus is small and mostly indoors, it's quite safe. I've only heard stories of this someone getting robbed once, but you do have to be careful of your laptops, etc. Security is always around, especially in the parking lots.

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Oddly enough, I feel like certain majors dress a different way. But it's all a nice mix of everything and it's great. Some people prefer the comfort of sweats and other prefer heels. We're all quite friendly with each other, there are some dating each other but many of the students have significant others from outside of school too. Social life at school is below what I would prefer, but hey, it's not a big deal.

4 College Junior

Local Area: School is nice, scenic and quiet for working. Then you can drive down the hill and shop, eat, and do whatever in Old Town. There are events nearby (just search for them online), a museum right by the freeway, a park near the other campus, and it's quite a safe environment (there's no crazy things happening here or there).

College Junior

Greek Life: Art Center has no Greek life, however, we have lots of clubs. If there aren't any to your preferences, you can start one up.

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: The campus is pretty remote so I feel safe

3 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: There's not really a big social scene

3 College Sophomore

Campus Quality: The library is cool. You can use Oxy's gym

4 College Sophomore

Majors: It is the biggest and a lot of work but it's good

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Hillside is too far away from anything to eat out
