4 College Junior

Health & Safety: This is a very safe community to be apart of.

4 College Senior

Health & Safety: I generally always feel safe on campus, I am just also aware that I cannot always control the actions of others so I have to be cautious in situations where alcohol is involved or where there are a lot of people I don't know.

5 College Freshman

Health & Safety: At the beginning of each term ASU hosts a series of safety presentations including sexual assault and active shooter presentations that not only teaches students how to respond to each of these scenarios, but informs the students about statistics concerning them and provides information on how to avoid these types of situations. They also hand out key chain cards with emergency numbers printed on them, and not only that, but ASU has a type of 911 stand placed all over campus that is always easily recognized by the bright blue light on top of it where you can just push a button to be directly connected to emergency services. ASU also provides a series of self defense classes.

4 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: There are stations along the sidewalks where if you push the button, you are connected to the university police and they will come pick you up. This makes people feel safe knowing you can get a hold of someone quick and any situation you are in.
