Diversity: There is a lot of races and religions at ASU. Yes most are white, but our international student population is increasing.

Majors: As a Health Promotion major, I am happy with my program. I am happy with my advisor. I feel as though I made a good choice and would do it over again. After I graduate I am planning in enrolling into the accelerated nursing program for a year and graduating with a BSN. ASU has a great nursing program! I am hopeful to find a job here in nursing or anywhere else. There is a high demand in Nursing and with bilingual abilities.

Weather: When it snows the side walks get really it is hard to walk around because classes hardly get cancelled. The dorms are not to far from campus, so it is pretty easy to get around. The problem is students who live away from campus and some travel 15-30 mins away to get here. In the summer though you see everyone outside hanging out.

Administration: Campus strictness is the norm for any other school. For example, plagarism will get you kicked out and the police is always around 24/7 so that it can keep the campus safe. Just act in a proper manner, and don't do anything stupid.

4 College Freshman

Technology: Everything is up to date. Pretty much all the computers are Mac. The printing is quick and fast. There is always internet access available, and there are plenty computers around campus that students can use.

Campus Quality: What mainly sets this school a part from other schools is the environment. The school is in a small town so it's a community based college pretty much. The class size is small and it also helps that the teacher actually cares about the student succeeding.

Campus Quality: Everything is convienent and great from atheletics to academics. The Red Wolves won the championship this year, and part of that was because of the students. We are students, but also a support team. Jonesboro is a small town, but it is a loving community. The school is exactly like that. There's different clubs like sororities and fraternities that contribute to community service and NRHH as well, which is a club associated with Residence Life. The faculty and staff are such helpful people. The class size is small so you are able to communicate with that faculity member one and one and establish a relationship. Student Activities Board (SAB) and Student Government Association (SGA) are the organizations that bring in cool stuff like concerts and fun games such as lazer tag. Living on campus makes it that much more fun because you get to have the total experience.

Local Area: Jonesboro is a huge place with a lot of things to offer. If you need something, Jonesboro definitely has it. The mall if probably one of the best places there. The campus is right in the middle of the town too so everything is pretty easily accessible.

Campus Housing: The dorms are as good as can be expected. My roommate was awesome so my experience there was better than most. The air condition and heating was a problem, but easily adjustable.

5 College Freshman

Athletics: There is so much fan support at this school. There's a variety of people that attend each sport and their games. Almost everyone at the school is involved in some way with games and their fan support. School spirit is a huge aspect at this campus. They gym is AMAZING. There are so many options and it actually makes you want to work out.

Guys & Girls: The campus is very diverse. You could always find someone with common interests-no matter what your interests are.

Campus Quality: ASU has a wide variety of opportunities for cultural enrichment. There are 58 countries represented, and many chances to study abroad.

3 College Junior

Campus Food: I don't eat on campus very often, but there are a variety of choices. The only problem I see with dining, is the price.

3 College Junior

Campus Quality: I love campus life, but we still have a few areas for improvement, parking for example. Additional study space would help tremendously. During finals the library is so congested, it would be nice if the individual colleges had available, quiet, study rooms.

2 College Junior

Parking: There is not enough parking, and its way over priced!

3 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: While we always know it will be around us. I must say that the campus police do an amazing job of keeping it off the grounds. you will not feel uncomfortable. There are not smoking allowed on campus at all and you better believe if someone fires up a police or security will come out from nowhere to tell you to put it out. Ive seen it happened. Drinking is all i really see here. Most of the illegal drugs are done off campus and even that is mostly just some pills and marajiuana. Not extreme things like some schools.

4 College Sophomore

Weather: Classes are never cancelled because there is never outrageous weather. We have hot, cold, rain the normal of everything but nothing to the extreme. Sometimes they call for snow but dont get your hopes up because it never does and it never sticks. You wont get out of class. Expect to always have class cause the weather will never be an issue.

5 College Sophomore

Technology: I have gone through Career Pathways associated with ASU and they allow the students to use there large computer labs during 8-5 mon-fri. there is also free printing and free web access. They also have two computers in the student lounge and several more in the library. I have not needed to use my laptop at home or needed to get the internet at home because all my resources have been met wonderfully at school.

3 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: On average this is a more than abnormally small school. In the amount of time I have been here I have seen very few crowds of people at one time. There is a wide range of people here. Mostly are older and married or single with children.

Scholarships: The financial aid office was very helpful, but had me running back and forth for the things i needed.

3 College Freshman

Local Area: I come from a tiny town, so everything in Jonesboro seems fast paced. It seems pretty safe so far, but i don't venture out much due to school work, although whenever i do have free time, i don't have a hard time finding something to do.

4 College Freshman

Technology: There is an abundance of accessible computers on campus. There is never an issue with printing, because you can print academic related material for free at the library. There is rarely problems with the network and it is average speed.

1 College Sophomore

Parking: Trying to find a parking spot is ridiculous at the beginning of a semester, but halfway through people start dropping/skipping class more and it isn't so bad. Sometimes though, you have to literally follow a student walking to their car so that you can take their spot when they leave.

2 College Sophomore

Party Scene: There are not too many places to choose from, but there are a couple that are fun. Most have a night every week for those who are under 21.

3 College Sophomore

Drug Safety: Alcohol is pretty common, but not a lot of obvious drug use going on as far as I know.
