Campus Housing: The dorms are very run down. They are not worth the price that I had to pay for them.

5 College Senior

Academics: My degree will be from the School of Sustainability, it was one of the first of its kind across the nation. Very supporting staff. New degree means that sometimes things are not as clear as they need to be and classes are not as experienced as others but the material is good, the community involvement is great, students and staff are great, and the opportunities that I have come by so far are great!

Academics: Professors are highly educated and pass along their knowledge to students well. Curriculum is difficult, university level is challenging, but I am sure no more difficult than any other university. Registration process is okay, workload at times can be heavy, study groups are very good and class TAs are a ton of help!

4 College Senior

Campus Food: Plenty of options, locations across campus, there are many starbucks locations across campus!

3 College Senior

Greek Life: Greek life exists but I do not notice it much on-campus, as I am a student living off-campus

3 College Senior

Diversity: Diverse nationalities of professors, but strong accents sometimes make learning experience difficult

Overall Experience: Good professors. Easy to navigate campus. Good course offerings.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
