Off-Campus Dining: Off-campus dining is great! it makes for a really nice change when you are sick of eating on campus. Lots of great options

4 College Sophomore

Administration: The administration at this school is great, they are very strict about rules that need to be followed but they are doing it for the safety of the students

Campus Food: Devils Greens was my go to place, I loved that I could still eat healthy but make my own meal

3 College Sophomore

3 College Sophomore

Campus Food: Really wish there was some sort of dining option that was 24 hours and accepted meal swipes.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I did not mind living on campus at all. The only downside is that there are no dining options open 24 hours.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Lots of options, but depends on how much money you can spend.

2 College Sophomore

Party Scene: The Parties that would be any good get shut down too fast and it is kind of annoying. We are in college, let us be.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: Only two places deliver up till 4am. Something cheap and good needs to be open 24 hours.

3 College Sophomore

Administration: It all depends on where you are at and who you are with.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: My parents were the ones who took care of it so I really do not know how well it went.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: I trend to avoid fast food restaraunts if I could help it.

3 College Senior

Scholarships: I would love financial aid more if questions all had the same answer

Administration: In my experience thus far, administration has been very helpful.

Off-Campus Housing: There are very little choices to off-campus housing. You will more than likely only find one or two kinds of housing, but they are no better than on-campus housing. They are much farther than campus, and the two that I have seen are not close to any diners or fast food joints. They are much cheaper than on-campus housing, but the hassle is just not worth it. There is much more space in the rooms, but it is just not as convenient as living on campus. If you wish to live off campus, it would be much more convenient to live on campus, or more comfortable to live at home.

Off-Campus Dining: The food off-campus is much better than the food on-campus due to the fact that there is variety, and you can choose what you want, rather than choosing from one thing, and it's better quality. Unfortunately, this means that it is also more expensive, and student discounts are low to nonexistent. Unless you plan on buying a meal for four, you would be better off not using student coupons. I would recommend going into family restaurants, as the quality is much greater than what you find on-campus, and not to mention the atmosphere is much more lively, and going out of your way 3-4 miles to eat is justified compared to eating the same food each day on-campus.

Administration: Due to the fact that I do not live in a dorm on campus, I am not able to properly rate administration based on their involvement with the students during their off time, however, I am highly aware of the strictness of the policies. Missing a decent amount of classes, partaking in drugs and excessive alcohol, and violating the honor code can and more than likely will lead to expulsion. This does mean that parties are monitored, especially when large quantities of alcohol are involved, but to a student, parties should not be the main priority.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: The food is average, however there is very little to no alternate healthy options that are not off campus. Currently, the only places that are on campus are in the MU and slightly around campus. The only problem that I have with the food is that a majority of it is not healthy. Of course it is completely flawed to ask for fast food that is healthy, however having something other than burgers and tacos would be greatly appreciated.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is a better option to safe cash.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
