Greek Life: I am not a big partier nor am I in a sorority so I'm not an expert on Greek life on campus. I do, however, have classes with a few people who participate in Greek life and I see that they are not defined by their house.

Athletics: I love that sports are a big part of campus but it does not override our education. It is exciting to be a part of a team and root on our fellow students.

Overall Experience: Arizona State University has an extremely diverse set of programs & with my major (Interdisciplinary Studies) I am able to pursue exactly what fits my niche. The diversity in the programs brings a diversity of students whether it be race, age, interest and it cultivates a sense of togetherness in creating a better tomorrow as we are the future.

Campus Housing: It's really convenient to live in dorms on campus however, its incredibly expensive. Hassy, San Pablo and Manzanita are the best though

Athletics: Our football team should be doing better considering how much money goes to athletics. Lots of spirit though.

Health & Safety: It's a safe campus but it seems that when there's something that the students really should know, we hear it from other students and aren't always adequately informed by the police.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: We've got pretty decent class sizes and the majority of the professors are great. Of course there are some professors here and there that students would prefer to avoid, but thats normal. You can tell that the staff and professors care.

Overall Experience: We've got a ton of job and career fairs on campus at any given time.

Diversity: there's lots of diversity at this school!

Campus Housing: Great way to get to know people around

Greek Life: Greek life makes college more interesting on a social aspect

3 College Sophomore

Health & Safety: I feel safe walking to class, but sexual assault and sexual comments/calls are a serious issue.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: The class sizes differ depending on the class, but they differ reasonably (lectures verse smaller labs). The professors have all be extremely nice and willing to help.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Career services is great but not many people utilize it. There are a lot of career fairs, though they tend to be aimed towards graduating seniors.

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life: Not very much experience with the greek life. Most sororities sit outside of the main food building and take most of the tables. They seem pretty cliquey.

4 College Sophomore

Athletics: The football team is great. The stadium is nice and the school supports the teams! A lot of school spirit.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: I transferred to ASU and am not overly pleased with their transfer program. There wasn't very much help financially for transfers, nor were the advisers very knowledgeable on how to deal with my transfer situation. Other than that, the school and classes are fantastic. Beautiful campus, lots of activities to do, great sports.

Health & Safety: If you can find a specialist, ie. Women's Health Dr. then you will love visiting Health Services. Other times, it's hard to find a Dr. who will give you straight forward answers or any at all.

5 College Freshman

Overall Experience: My professors are always understanding but push me to work hard and expect a lot from me; they believe in me.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I haven't visited my Career Coach, but I plan to. I heard that they are super helpful and can really narrow done your options for you and help you see where you would be a great worker!

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: I love living in Hassyampa. It's centrally located and updated.

5 College Freshman

Greek Life: I used to be against Greek Life but I couldn't be more happy to be apart of it! I love how small it makes Arizona State University feel. I've made some of my best friends through Greek Life and love hosting philanthropy events around campus with other sororities and fraternities.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
