Off-Campus Dining: The off-campus dining is very convenient. All of the restaurants are within walking distance and majority of them are open late. There aren't many student discounts on food, but the costs aren't bad they are actually good prices. The only not so great part is late night hunger, sometimes you have to settle for things you don't necessarily want to eat because not everything is open and some places don't deliver. Overall, I enjoy off-campus dining, it's a good break from school food. Some of the places I frequently go to are Ncounter, Jimmy John's, Chipotle, Domino's, Hungry Howie's, and Dicky's.

Athletics: In my opinion, the athletics here at Arizona State University are great! There is an abundance of school spirit and fan support. At the games, there is a huge student section and everyone is really involved with the chants and cheering on our team. There are fans from all ages who attend sporting events to help support our Sun Devils. Overall, it is one of the greatest experiences here at ASU!

Administration: They have undercover cops EVERYWHERE. Football games, Street cross-walks, Driving around, Bars...you name it. Want to throw a banger? Cops will find you. Want to buy beer with your "great" fake ID? They're in the convenient stores. Walk home from a fun night? They will breathalyze you whether its that night or the next morning, right there on the sidewalk. Minding your own business? Well, their business is also your business here. I'm not saying underage drinking is right, but for God's sake its a college campus, kids will be stupid, and kids will drink. BUT NOT HERE.

Diversity: I've only seen prejudice on social media, but never on campus. There is definitely a fair share of foreign students here.

Campus Housing: I really don't know a lot about on campus housing.

4 College Junior

Majors: I take my classes online but visit the campus itself pretty often. I do enjoy my current program of study and ASU has plenty of opportunities to get help or program support.

3 College Junior

Athletics: I don't know a lot about the athletics at my school but they seem to be above average.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: The off-campus dining options are great. There are many options around campus to choose from and there is a large selection of dining options.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: I do not know a lot about the presence of Greek activity on campus, it does not seem to be very popular to be a part of greek life on this campus.

4 College Junior

Health & Safety: Campus safety and security is excellent on campus. Areas around the campus are very well lit and the local police have a strong presence on and around campus.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: There are many off-campus housing possibilities available. Cost of living is affordable and it is a safe area that is well lit and has enough parking available.

4 College Junior

Local Area: There are a lot of things to do, lots of local attractions nearby, lots of shopping and many cultural activities.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: I live with my parents but I see that there are allot of nice apartments in my area. I also know some friends that rent houses too. The con is that many places in my area are expensive to afford.

3 College Junior

Scholarships: I received government aid and a transfer scholarship. I hope to receive more financial aid assistance in future semesters.

Off-Campus Dining: I usually save money by eating at home but I do sometimes eat out at fast food places.

Campus Quality: ASU Tempe campus is great and has a thriving environment. There are almost always students walking to get somewhere. It's a bustling campus with a lot of activity. Students on other campus would provide a different answer though, because they do not necessarily have the same environment as Tempe.

Majors: Because I was a great student in high school, getting into my program in the W.P. Carey School of Business was not an issue, as I had an excellent GPA and decent SAT scores. I did not face any challenges with joining my college or major. My main tip would be to do well in high school and on your standardized tests, that is what will get you in the door to your major.

Off-Campus Dining: There are many places to dine at off-campus, but the main problem with Arizona is that everything is far and you typically need a car. There are some places off of Rural and University that aren't super far from campus. Mill Avenue also has some good restaurants. Cost ranges from expensive to average. Anything is convenient if you have car, but if you don't you'll want to plan ahead.

Party Scene: Since I'm an upperclassman, I don't care too much about the party scene. That doesn't mean there aren't others looking for the party scene, though. It really depends on what year you are, who you are friends with, and what types of things you are interested in outside of class. From there, you will find some parties because it all comes down to the people and what you are looking for out of a party. Vista has become the most infamous for parties, as it is across the street from campus.

Guys & Girls: ASU has a very diverse population of people attending it. You can find your typical sorority girls and fraternity brothers, while you can also find people that are more into the arts. Each college shapes the type of person that exists in a certain area of campus; it's actually quite interesting to experience. You truly see how many different types of people attend ASU, because there is almost every type of person at this university.

Health & Safety: I rarely feel unsafe at ASU's Tempe campus but I am always cautious. The campus is surrounded by the rest of Tempe so anyone can wander onto campus if they wish to. There is an emergency system on campus if you need to run from someone, as you run you should press these buttons to alert authorities.

Campus Housing: Living on campus at ASU truly gives you the college experience. You should be careful since it's easy to get carried away. Overall, if you want to meet people and make friends, you will have a great time.

Party Scene: If you're not 21 and you're not paying Greek dues (which are very expensive), you're not an attractive girl, or you don't have off-campus living, the party scene here is awful.

Scholarships: They give great merit scholarships!

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: Not very impressed by the experiences of the student section, they really only use the same chants over and over again. Also, If you like to tailgate and are not 21, watch out for the undercover cops because they are certainly out there.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
