4 College Senior

Greek Life: I was in Greek life at my old school and I think it's bigger here than it was out there.

Administration: I think they do a good job of laying down expectations with students and interacting with them.

Local Area: I love living here in Downtown Phoenix. It's a growing area with many more things to do in this area than their used to be.

Party Scene: There is always a party, no matter what day of the week or what time of day. Parties are always happening on and off-campus. Some get shut down eventually but the lack of police patrolling the area doesn't do much.

Off-Campus Housing: Most of the off-campus housing is reasonably priced for three o more roommates. Shared leases make it a little more difficult to commit to as well.

Health & Safety: There is typically a lack of security and law enforcement on busy Friday and Saturday nights. The unlit walkways do not help and the lack of security on campus after dark is not ideal.

3 College Freshman

Greek Life: Don't really know much about it.

Majors: They have options for everyone.

Campus Housing: The dorms are quite nice.

Party Scene: Couldn't tell you to be honest.

Off-Campus Dining: I mostly just eat on campus though.

Off-Campus Housing: I live on campus but I have heard good things about the off campus housing.

Off-Campus Housing: Off-campus housing is really nice. The only downfall is it is usually super pricy.

Administration: The administration isn't too strict unless you cause problems.

4 College Freshman

Party Scene: There is always partying going on!

Greek Life: It's very expensive and rejects those who can't afford it from getting involved.

Athletics: Great fan support because ASU takes our sports seriously.

Majors: There is a lot of opportunities for future jobs and career. The staff of the major are super helpful. Many different clubs for my major as well. Overall a great major.

Party Scene: There are different parties every week. One can choose to stay or go to another one. Everything is closer and also the convenience of Uber. The party scene at ASU is honestly the best.

Off-Campus Dining: So many different foods to choose from, and they are all excellent, besides everything is walking-distance.

3 College Freshman

Health & Safety: it is an open campus so it is bound to have many inevitable crimes but it is relatively safe if you are walking with another person at night.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: ASU offers off campus living and while they are excellent, the price range is too high for an average college student.

4 College Freshman

Local Area: The local area is like a city, bright and happy during the day, fun and crazy during the night.

3 College Freshman

Administration: The policies are there to keep students in check and they do so far which means the administration is doing well.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: The scholarships and grants i received only covered half of my tuition.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
