Athletics: Arizona State is very spirited. I wish our facilities were more up-to-date.

Overall Experience: I've completed my very first semester of college at Arizona State University and I couldn't be more happy with my performance and my professors. I made it on the Dean's List for receiving a 3.6 GPA while involved in Chi omega Women's Fraternity and becoming a Campus Ambassador for The Strong Movement. I definitely made my first semester successful and fun!

Overall Experience: I have had a good experience so far with all my classes. All of my teachers have been very helpful and understanding. The only thing I have to say I dislike about my school, is my internship advisor has not been very helpful. He/she has been unclear about the plan of action I need to take in order to help me complete my internship with then completing my degree, and when I ask further questions because I am unclear they do not respond in a timely fashion and seem agitated.

Greek Life: I do not know much about Greek Life.

2 College Freshman

Greek Life: I'm not that interested in it.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: I feel there is more passion found in people who participate in intramurals/club sports than there is in varsity sports. However, the facilities are some of the best that everyone on campus can and should take advantage of.

Overall Experience: I enjoy the atmosphere at ASU a lot, although it takes some getting used to, to be able to wander campus without having to think where you are going.

Academics: its different than what I'm used too and i don't like it

Overall Experience: I don't know how respected the program is but it gets me the letters before my name I need to sit for my Board exam.

Overall Experience: I enjoyed my experience so far.

Health & Safety: I have only been on campus a couple of times, but felt safe in a group, even into the evening. There seemed to be people out and about, and places to go if I felt uneasy.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: Being an online student I was concerned at first about being able to connect with other students and the teachers. I found this was not an issue at all, as both peers and instructors were available for help or questions.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I think a degree from ASU will open a lot of doors for me in the future. It is a well-respected university.

Campus Housing: Before I decided to attend online, I had looked at the housing options. I was accepted into Barrett, and the housing choices and floor plans were available online, as well as the roommate finder option which helps pair you with other students of similar interests and lifestyles.

4 College Freshman

Athletics: School spirit is very evident everywhere you go. Even though I attend online, when I have visited campus on a couple of occasions, the number of students in ASU clothing was amazing. Much different from high school!

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: My first semester as ASU flew by! I adjusted fairly easily to the online aspect of the classes, and found that help was always available. ASU has success coaches and advisors to help as needed. I never felt alone or isolated just because I was attending on line and not physically going to campus. Teachers responded to questions quickly so issues could be dealt with and assignments still completed on time.

Health & Safety: Anytime there is a threat compromising student safety, the campus police as well as local police are there to ensure our safety. There are special emergency call poles stationed around campus so if someone is in need of assistance, they can easily find a pole nearby and call for help. They have a blue light, so they're easy to find even in the dark. Doors/gates are locked at night, and there is an escort service for those who feel uncomfortable getting home late at night. All students were also required to watch a video series concerning sexual assault, which included several resources for support. I feel very safe.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: I thoroughly enjoyed all my professors, the way they taught, as well as what they taught. Class sizes could be a little large, however, I was also in many small classes.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience: There are many job fairs, and clubs that not only help increase technical skills, but also help with resume reviews, mock interviews, etc. Many alumini return to give advice, and top employers are often present to recruit on campus.

Athletics: ASU has amazing school spirit with students going to great lengths to be able to support their teams. Many participate in Camp Fargo which is possible once you get a camping permit and are required to be in your camping spots wrapping around the Wells Fargo arena for two days before the game. The tickets are then acquired the day of the game with incredibly long lines that also wrap around the same arena. If that doesn't say school spirit, I don't know what does!

Overall Experience: When I first began to show an interest in Arizona State University I was always pigeon holed into the assumption that I was attending purely for the party scene. This made me nervous in the idea that I had my heart set on the wrong school for me, but once I got around to taking a tour of the campus I got a feel for the environment and the academia that surrounded the schools budding reputation as one of the top research universities. I quickly realized that it was just the schools old reputation, not it's current standing. Every college has parties, ASU is no different, but that doesn't make up the whole school. They have dedicated faculty that care about your education, several different programs to make sure that you are on the right track, and quotas that you are held accountable for to make sure you continue to follow it through. In summarization, ASU truly cares about your education and I am honored to be attending this University.

Arizona State is like no other university in the country. With a large, vibrant, and exciting student body that truly makes the campus unique, there is no arguing that ASU is by any means a boring place to be for the next four years of your life. As soon as you step onto ASU's campus, you will feel the immense amount of positive and exciting energy that gives you sense of belonging. Even though there are so many students around campus, you will be sure to find a niche to call your own. College is the time to find yourself and truly learn who you are as you prepare for the real world. ASU provides the perfect environment to challenge you to make "adult" decisions, and you won't always, but by the end of it all, you will mature into a dedicated individual!

Even though students will struggle with all-nighters, sports practice, parking tickets, and trying to recover from a great night, many of them couldn't ask for anything else. There will be times that you are drowning in homework and studying, but by the end of it all, you will look back and laugh. Your peers help you get through the tough times and make those social outings even more fun. ASU knows how to party hard, but when it comes to crunch time, we pull it off well. The kids here know how to have a great time, the nightlife and social settings are extremely fun, the academics are quite challenging—especially when you apply yourself and take it seriously—but most importantly, students will leave prepared for post-graduation and taking on the world. ASU is a fantastic place to meet new people and a great way to experience life in the great southwest. But don't take my word for it—come on out and experience it for yourself!
