4 College Sophomore

Campus Food: I has a lot of variety and something for everyone.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I had to find off-campus myself. The school was somewhat helpful.

4 College Sophomore

Party Scene: There are a lot of students that go to the mill in tempe.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: The off-campus dining is pretty unhealthy but its do-able.

4 College Sophomore

Administration: The security tries to keep you safe as much as possible.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: There are a lot of hoops to jump through to get financial aid.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: It has great qualities and it is very clean. I like it.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: There are many choices for off campus housing. It can get expensive due to the area, but overall, its the better choice.

2 College Junior

Party Scene: Its Poly. No need to say anymore. A ride off campus to Tempe is a must.

5 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: There are so many options about a mile down the road at Ray/Power. Go there to eat.

3 College Junior

Administration: I've never really had to deal with administration that much... expect in my Freshman year when I wanted to change rooms. It was no hassle, but I still think that I should have not been charged the fee, especially with the terrible roommate that I was trying to get away from!

3 College Junior

Scholarships: I receive a merit scholarship, so distribution of that scholarship is automatic. Paying the rest of the bill is the hard part because the cashiers are not very helpful and online pay charges such a high service fee.

3 College Junior

Campus Food: The variety is terrible on campus. I only eat on campus if I forgot to pack a lunch and am in a rush to get to my next class. Otherwise, Ray/Power has many more options.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: For the price, I do not think it is worth it. One can get a one bedroom apartment for cheaper in some cases.

3 College Freshman

Campus Food: More variety would be nice, but overall good.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Fun, small classes, small campus, slightly pricey.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Dining: Many fast food and sit down restaurants within a 5 minute drive of campus, as well as markets for actual groceries. Within 10 minutes are two strip malls with excellent restaurants and movie theatres, etc.

3 College Junior

Administration: Campus Cops are wannabe real cops, and being Polytechnic there is very little happening, so expect to get in trouble and rarely let off with a warning if they stop you for anything. As for alcohol in dorms, visitation, and the rest, being Polytechnic works to your favor in that the general attitude of administration is "Well at least it isnt as bad as Tempe (main) campus."

3 College Junior

Scholarships: Mommy helping from back home is a big plus. Handling everything yourself is a pain

2 College Junior

Party Scene: Arizona State Polytechnic Campus, disregarding the fact that it is part of ASU, has no party scene at all. 90% of the campus being Engineers combined with easily patrolled and discovered housing means nothing bigger than 10-15 people happens. Expect to be able to walk the whole campus on a weekend without seeing anyone.

3 College Junior

Campus Food: Citrus dining hall has bad reputation but is not all that bad. Student Union food options (Mexican food, burgers, Subway) is better, so get more M&G and less dining hall "meals per day."

4 College Junior

Campus Housing: Housing for sophomores and above is actual suburb housing (what used to be military officer housing) three people to a three bedroom house. Houses are old but spacious and maintenance requests are processed very fast if there are any issues. Social Atmosphere is hit and miss; some houses are near grassy park areas where everyone gets together nights and weekends for barbecues, others are on streets that have almost no activity and are boring. 2-5 minute walk from housing to campus.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I live in SDV, big place, kinda bland.

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: All chains, no local flair.

4 College Sophomore

Administration: Haven't come across "Strictness" per se. Most of the attendance, at least when it comes to tardiness is very liniment.
