Overall Experience: In every class, I have had an instructor that was able to answer any questions quickly and be there for each of their students because the classes are not overflowing with more than they can make time for!!! I think it is awesome that the instructors and faculty have more than one way to be contacted if the need arises.

Overall Experience: As far as I have seen, we are able to get help with resume's and contacts for our future. I have been striving to make straight "A" average ever since starting college with Argosy and was able to do so until, I made my first B+ in my last class!! I have been dealing with allot of medical issues and my fiancé was diagnosed with Cancer so, I have been put on anti-depressants and nerve medicine on top of my pain medicines. I had to explain to my last instructor that I was actually having problems remembering what I was reading to keep up with my time line for homework and doctors appointments!!! I'm just glad that even though, I have so many doctor appointments for myself and my fiancé plus his chemo and my counseling that I have been able to keep up with my classes!!! I did cry because I lost my "A" streak, but at least I am still going and no failing grades have become of it!!!

Academic Flexibility: I already had an Associates Degree and every one of my credits about transferred so, I am a year away from my Bachelors Degree. If, I hadn't of had 59 credits transfer I wouldn't have went on with my degree!!! I worked hard as a disabled and physically challenged single-parent mother to go to college and be home each day in time for my son when, he got home from school each day to be able to help him with his homework, feed, and care for him as well as do my homework for my Associates Degree. I am a positive role model for my son and he is proud of me and I am very proud of him as well. My going to school helped me to be able to help my boy when he didn't understand certain things in high school and he graduated plus is going to go to college too!!! I'm very happy!!

Campus Resources: The libraries, student centers, and activities are easy to get to in the on line attachments or cites that are listed for us to use. I haven't had any problems with any of the cites we are supposed to follow or learn from so, it has been great.

Online Courses: Most of my classes have been taught by people with awesome careers in the field of study and have become Professionals in their fields in criminal justice and have outstanding stories to tell about their experiences in our studies and encourage us in our choices about different areas in which we are looking at!! I love the fact that the teaching of each class is by a qualified person with experience in the area in which they are teaching us about!!!

Student Body: The on line courses are challenging and taught by some of the best in the field!!! I'm glad to have picked Argosy as an on line learning college!!! I went to college personally and received my Associates in Art/Criminal Justice from College of the Albemarle and started at East Tennessee State University in 2007, but ended up having back surgery and my mother started dying from Lupus so, I put things on hold until she passed away and I moved back to North Carolina. I received my first degree here in NC and was going to go back to college, but physical ailments kept me from doing so. I checked with all types of on line colleges, but they weren't accredited and I wasn't going to work for nothing!! I love Argosy and they care about their faculty and students so, I feel at home when on line with them.

Tuition & Financial Aid: The cost of obtaining an education through Argosy is competitive with other schools that I have looked into. The financial aid process was easy to navigate.

Campus Resources: The closest ground based campus is over one hundred miles away; however, the online access to the library and student center is very easy to navigate and are constantly being updated. There are many opportunities to join in campus activities.

Student Body: While there are a few students that come directly from highschool to college, the majority of us have returned to school after being away from the academic world for anywhere from five to thirty years. There are many challenges that come with returning to school after you have already established your life. Challenges that include juggling work and family with study time and class work. Regardless of the challenges that you face as a student, the other students in class are facing similar challenges; it makes for interesting class discussions and study sessions.

Overall Experience: This is my second round with this school. I have found everyone helpful, from the advisors to the instructors. I am planning on staying with this school all the way through a Doctorate.

Overall Experience: My experience here has been very positive. I was focused coming in and they make sure I stay focused. The classroom experiences have been the best and I have A's so far and I can't complain about that. I have attended 2 colleges and 2 technical schools. Argosy University has taken the learning experience to a different level. They are genuinely concerned that the time you spend at Argosy is a good one, but that you get what you came for - a degree in learning. Any question I have asked they have answered.

Campus Quality: The most unique thing about Argosy University is the staff. Everybody is happy to assist with whatever the student needs. If they don't pick up the phone to talk to immediately they will get back in touch with you within a given period of time; 24 hours during business days and 48 hours for the weekend. You send them an email and they will email you back. As an online student I only have the staff to give me a mental picture of the Argosy program. I believe they deliver the best of academic quality to those who are willing to accept it for what is worth. After hours when the staff has left for the day, I can call IT and they have always been able to help me. I also got an answer for a question about a class from one of the technicians. There was something wrong with my computer and the technician walked me through how to fix my computer so I could submit a paper for class. They amaze me each and every time I need assistance which isn't often, but my emergency is their emergency. They are kind and patient. I have not been to a place that delivered the highest quality of customer service.

Academic Flexibility: My class schedule is discussed amongst my "Graduation Team" and they look at the necessary courses to get me to graduation. There have been some class changes, but they were for my benefit. The transfer of credits kept me from taking unnecessary classes. I can appreciate a 4 year degree program that will only take me 2 years to finish because of the credits they allowed to be transferred in. The realization of getting credit for time I spent at another college and the experience for the two years will never compare to the two months I have spent at Argosy University. Not to mention I have yet to meet any of them face to face.

Career Services: It wasn't until I listened to the video of an Argosy University student who was in the military and called to be deployed. He took his laptop with him to Iraq. He was able to keep in touch with his professor and staff to let them know he was still working on his dissertation. He would fight in the war and at the end of the day pull out his computer and get to work. Argosy University is my support; he is not only my hero but I am in awe of his fortitude to protect the borders of the United States but also for himself to complete his dissertation. You see, if he could do that in Iraq, there is no reason for me not to use all of the available facilities in the comfort and safety of my home. I have access to all of the career services. I read about other alumni in the Classroom Common. My academic counselor gave me information to read pertaining to completing a resume and how to practice for a successful interview. If the "Soldier" could do it, there is no reason for me not to with all that is available to me.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I couldn't have had a better experience than if my financial advisor had processed all of my documents himself. He made sure I understood what I needed and when it needed to be done. It required me to run and make copies of different documents and mail the to schools for transcripts requests, approval notices that needed to be notarized and mailed. If I had the old documents with me instead of in another state everything would have been processed much quicker. My financial aid is set. I submitted the information for FAFSA and everything fell into place. We discussed scholarships that maybe available for me if my grades pass. So far I have all A's. When they received my transcripts, I came into Argosy with 54 credits. That has knocked almost 2 years off of my 4 year curriculum. I am excited that my graduation date is a lot closer than I expected when I began this learning adventure. I am glad I made this positive move in my life.

Online Courses: The online courses have been very interesting. When I speak to my academic counselor and the admissions representative, they always ask how I like my classes. They see my grades reflect my interest. The topics are current with the events of today. Learning is new and not stuffy as it was when I was attending school in the 70's. The work load is comfortable but I am only taking one class at a time. The registration process is convenient. All I have to do is click one button to acknowledge my acceptance for the next class. My professors have been the best. They don't teach the classes with an air of entitlement. I attended a college where the professor actually told us he had gotten his degree and it was up to us to get ours the best way we could. I am being nice about how he said it, he was not being a professional with the words he had spoken. My professors have always responded to any questions I had or gave me advice where to find the answer I was looking for. The only interaction I have with the other classmates is through class response of email. Two of my classmates sent me emails at the end of the class to wish me well. I thought that was very nice of them to take time to let me know they enjoyed the interaction we had in class. That was different for me, but nice.

Campus Resources: I am basing my answer on the blogs I have read about Argosy University. I usually read about a business to see what others think before I commit myself. I didn't with Argosy University. After I was in and the documents for application were complete we got down to business. The staff was very focused to let me know first that they were there to support me in getting my degree. I have a "Graduation Team" and they are constantly checking with me to make sure I am staying focused on my work, keeping my grades up and enjoying the learning experience. I am an online student so I have to tune into what I read and how others respond to me whether by email, through class or on the phone. The library is awesome. We didn't have digital books in 1977 where a search will put the information at your finger tips.

Student Body: I have found that class participation has been key to understanding the personalities of the other students. Every week we have to post a lead response to the text and respond to at least two other students. I suppose it is ok not to have to respond to the person who posted a question to you but I find it is "netiquette" to respond to those who post to you. As a rule it is not allowable to be rude in any way. So far all responses have been supportive and kind. There are people from many different areas of the United States. It would be close to impossible to tell the levels of diversity. I can only reflect on how they structure their sentences, correct spelling and whether the words they chose for what they are trying to say are correct.
