Off-Campus Housing

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: There weren't a lot of options when I was looking - but if you are looking to live with roommates, there are more options and price goes down quickly. Lots of students live in the Towers or just up the road.

Off-Campus Housing: The towers are the closest off campus housing and it is still a decent distance with the same local areas as the in campus housing.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: Towers apartments are just across the road. Everyone I know that lives there seems really happy; it's definitely safe: gated, with safety and maintenance staff on duty 24/7. Other than that, I don't know too much.

Off-Campus Housing: From what I have heard off campus housing is way better.

3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: well you have two choices pretty much: oak apartments which is affiliated with the school or towers which is not. oak is grungy but towers is really nice, like a hotel type of feel, but very very very expensive

Most people live on campus at Arcadia, but there are some perks to living off campus. You get more freedom, can cook for yourself, and don't have to feel dependent on the University for everything. However, rent can be expensive, especially in the Philadelphia area. If you do choose to live off campus, the best bet is to find roommates to help defray the costs.
