4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Dorms are kept very clean and have plenty of kitchens and study rooms and are fairly spacious.Cost is average. Dorms are fairly close to all major buildings.

Majors: I do plan to have an internship in a few year. I know it will help me learn a lot and also get my name out as a designer.

Party Scene: There's only a few parties at people's houses off-campus, and they're pretty small. If you're not invited, you don't go.

Off-Campus Housing: Very safe, close to both campus and town, plenty of parking availability.

Greek Life: We don't have greek life.

Local Area: The town is very small and doesn't have much too offer, and it's quite a walk to get there. There's a nice grocery store and fast food restraunts along with another nice cafe in town. There's a river but that's about all.

Academics: The registration process went well, everything is made known to the students well before hand in every subject or matter, and theres many opportunities to expand on your degree and take study tours.

Academics: Strong Academics. Flagship school of church.

Diversity: The ethnic diversity here is great. When I visit other places that are mostly white, I find it jarring because the campus here is so diverse. It's probably a pretty good place to be an ethnic/racial minority. However, because of the conservative atmosphere, it's a terrible place to be a non-heteronormative individual. Having a sexual orientation other than "straight" makes life difficult here.

Majors: The program's good, the professors are interested in helping the students, and the students are cool. On the downside, the workload is really horrible.

Administration: Oh my god everything is regulated and it sucks.

Athletics: Competitive athletics aren't a big deal. There is a great swimming pool, though.

Off-Campus Housing: The housing is okay, but the school has weird restrictions, and some students are required to live on campus.

Party Scene: There, um, aren't any parties. That can be a good thing, if you prefer the perk of not being kept up by you neighbors drunk parties all the time to the perk of not being able to get drunk at parties.

Off-Campus Dining: There's really only fast food in town. To find anything else, it's a minimum 10-mile drive.

Greek Life: There is no greek life at this campus, so a rating isn't applicable.

Local Area: It's in a small town, which is relatively pretty and friendly, but it's a good 15 miles from any real destinations. On the plus side, the beach is one of those destinations. South Bend's also a small city within driving distance.

Health & Safety: There's a small campus police force, and escorts can be requested, but there are no emergency phones and emergency procedures are inconsistent and poorly used.

Majors: I haven't had an on-campus internship. I have had summer internships at other colleges, where I didn't have trouble getting in.

Majors: My undergraduate programs don't have admission criteria; if you are taking the classes and sign up for a physics major, then you're in.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: Lamson Hall, one of the dorms, is in quite bad shape. The other dorms are better. There are painfully strict curfew and noise regulations, and Lamson Hall in particular actually cares about enforcing them, unfortunately. The people in the dorms are pretty cool, though.

2 College Junior

Scholarships: You might qualify for financial aid, but you'll probably have to send a dozen angry emails to the financial department before you see it.

3 College Junior

Campus Quality: It is up to the students to make their student life interesting. The are times when the student association will put on a few events but these are minimal!

4 College Junior

Campus Quality: It is a christian university and everything that is taught is always link to a Christian perspective which I think is awesome.
