Academic Experience: My teachers are all very intelligent and want to make sure you know the coursework. They provide only a very reasonable amount of work and keep the lectures interesting.

Academic Experience: The culinary program is full of rigorous training and instructors that care for the students. There are a multitude of classes to cover most topics for the field to help give specified training to what it is students are looking for. You can take classes to learn basics and eventually get to advanced programs. The culinary department also gives a great chance to get work experience. They have a café to help teach front of the house and back of the house. There are catering events and a bakery production. All of these things help show students real world situations, this will help the students decide if this is the career path they really want to choose.

Academic Experience: My major is HORT, and I enjoy working wth my hands, and learner ways so that we can feed people in the future. It's been interesting learning how to grow with the drouth were having in CA and showing other how is a great project for all of us. My teachers know so much and they are always learning everyday too. My work load is sometime hard learning what's needed to keep the plants healthy, but with the hands on learning it makes it easier. There are a lot of jobs out there for people that are interested in HORT. If you get a chance check it out , talk to the teachers, students ,it's a great chance to give back and enjoy the outdoors.
