Academic Experience

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: Involves every aspect of performing arts into one - acting.

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: The workload can be focused a little too much on the stuff that doesn't pertain to acting. There should be more time spent on your feet and not in a chair sitting and listening. The mask work in movement is really great for releasing and being free. The same goes for Physical acting which gets students to be more expressive with their bodies and out of their head. That course should be every year all year and not just one semester once a week.

The facilities could be lit better and not as cold. The feeling the lights in the room give off make many people feel lousy and tired.

Another thing to add is that there should be way more time spent on techniques and developing them rather than getting into scene work too early. I spent two weeks in class before I had scene work which was way way sooner than other programs

3 College Senior

Academic Experience: The school needs more acting courses for first year students. As well as more modern teaching methods that other Drama schools offer. Sure its effective for some but its leaving the other students lagging behind in their growth

5 College Student

Academic Experience: Most people are all focus on the same or similar major so we have lots in common. It is a lot of work and their are lots of job opportunities to come out of it.

5 College Student

Academic Experience: Theatre is explained in detail and the professors make it simple to understand. The registration is done for you and are guaranteed the classes need if you pay your deposit and tuition.
