Campus Housing

5 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Although I live off campus, I know students who live on campus and love it. Best experience ever and the school truly cares about each and every individual.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: lottery system sucks but everything else is good

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I wouldn't know what it is like to live on campus because I haven't had the opportunity to live on campus. Though many individuals that i have talked to say it's 50-50 you either love it because it is easier for students to stay focus on school, transportation isn't a problem, and food. The other 50 is hate due to not much life outside of school all the time and interaction with the people who live on campus is okay not excellent.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Alverno's dorms are generally bigger than the average college dorm. It's a lot more spacious and you're able to customize it.

4 College Senior

Campus Housing: Very cleanly and pleasant indoor and outdoor environment.

The dorms at Alverno are extremely spacious and have high ceilings and large windows. The rooms in Austin Hall all have built-in shelving units, drawers, spacious closets, and a sink accompanied by shelves and cupboards, so students do not have to bring as much of their own furniture or storage containers. Rooms also come equipped with cable and Internet hookups, as well as a microwave and mini-fridge—for no extra charge. Austin Hall is a community, and students from all different years live together on wings.

Living on campus is quite convenient and is not just for students who are right out of high school. Clare Hall offers students of all ages a place to live that still gives them freedom, as well as the convenience of living on campus. Some downsides to living on campus are that there's no air conditioning, less freedom if you live in Austin Hall, and you live with women all day, every day.
