Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: The atmosphere and buildings are great. I think anyone would love it here.

Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: The computers are all over campus, from the library to each department. There is never a shortage on where you can print! However, the campus website can get really slow when everyone begins signing up for classes.

Career Services at Northwest Vista College: The prime focus of the community college is to help you find a pathway (whether transferring or getting a job) after the years completed on your basics. There are many resources on campus to give you advice and assistance.

Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: The library is really nice with plenty of computers for everyone to use, and just above it, on the 2nd floor, is the WAC lab to help with all writing assignments. Also the library is perfect for a nap between classes!

Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: The campus is very beautiful! The classes are small and easy to participate in!

3 College Sophomore

Majors at St. Philip's College: I rate the program very good at school. I enjoy attending school very much at the campus. I am just very happy that the campus is giving me the opportunity to get my Associates degree.

Parking at St. Philip's College: I think the parking can be improved and the cost for parking on campus is fair.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Quality at St. Philip's College: The unique things I like about the campus is the welcome center because it stands out the most and the people there are very friendly there. Except for one time when I went to the financial aid office and asked a question about a scholarship and the lady was very rude to me.

Campus Quality at St. Philip's College: The new math building is very nice compared to the old one and the desks are much bigger than what the other building had including the chairs. The room are very nice as well.

4 College Sophomore

Student Body at San Antonio College: The average SAC student is of some latino or Hispanic origin. There is cultural acceptance and tolerance. Everyone gets an education regardless of race, sexual preference, religion or ethnic background.

3 College Sophomore

Tuition & Financial Aid at San Antonio College: Tuition is great and convenient. It definitely well worth the money. Financial aid has been a pain, however. They are unable to help you and are clueless about what is going on. Often times they are not in the best mood which makes it hard for you to want to go there for help.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: This school is convenient, and the advisors in my area are great. I did not like the financial aid department because they were disorganized and are unable to help with anything you might ask.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility at Palo Alto College: I mainly chose this campus because it is convenient and closer to home. Also, because most of the professors are willing to help you or work with you.

3 College Senior

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: I wasn't sure how I would do but if you are on top of things you will do fine. Although there is alot of work to be done just don't fall behind and you will be finding yourself with an A or B.

3 College Senior

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: There is no one you will meet that are the same, maybe a few that undergo the same situation but never the same. Everyone often has to juggle there life outside of school with school. Making friends is always a plus while juggling through college but it isn't a priority.

3 College Freshman

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: Many people at my school work hard in and outside of the class room. Everyone I know here is busy with school work and real work with family and jobs but we all try to get our responsibilities taken care of in a timely matter.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources at San Antonio College: There are different clubs and organizations to get involved in. It is only a community college so with that being said there is not as wide of a variety as one would find at a four year university. It is a nice campus though and easy to find your way around. There are sometimes some student events that take place with food, music, and activities for students to get involved with one another.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources at San Antonio College: The computer process functions relatively well. As far as the online resources for completing assignments and extracting information, that all works very well. I really have not experienced problems in that aspect. The only problems were in trying to enroll in classes, receive financial aid, and other things of that nature.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: I chose to attend SAC because it is very affordable and not far away from my family and friends. I felt that it would be a good experience to take my basic courses here to help transition into the setting of a four year university. Through taking courses I found what I wanted to major in and what Bachelor's Degree to pursue. I have about sixty hours completed and am ready to complete the remaining courses at Texas State and obtain my Bachelor's Degree and from that point, apply to Physical Therapy School. Going to SAC has really helped me in being able to transition into a university setting.

2 College Junior

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: This school is very diverse yet, most people are just trying to get their associates degrees-anyone can attend Northwest Vista even strippers...My friend says she has one in her class. Theres some interesting people that come here

3 College Freshman

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: I am a nursing major but I am currently just taking some basic courses. The courses don't seem hard enough for college courses and I feel like some of them are a little bit too easy.

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: The professors I've taken have somewhat been involved with the students. Other times the professor just stands at the front of the class lecturing and not really interacting. The registration process is done online. A lot of students form study groups for specific classes so that way they can make new friends and help each other out if they don't understand something.

3 Recent Alumnus

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: I'm a social work major taking my basics. College is somewhat I expected, I just wish some of the professors graded on time. There aren't very many social work program opportunities, actually some people didn't even know it had a social work program or that it was the best from all the Alamo Colleges. The course load is pretty fair, most of the staff is friendly.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: I am in the honors program at SAC, and have been able to interact with others in the program. It is meant to test each student more strategically than other the non honors classes at SAC. I enjoy working with my academic advisor because he is helping me plan where I will transfer to.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: I like the flexibility of the school, because it lets me work and still get some time to do homework and study. Even though I had to register at the last minute I got decent class times I could work with.
