Academic Experience at San Antonio College: I'm a business major and my math class is a joke. The teacher is unprepared every single class and doesn't know how to write appropriate math problems down for the class.

Weather at St. Philip's College: I don't like the weather here. We can never experience all four seasons; just two summer and spring. Cold fronts come through but they do not last long. Rain what rain because we always being put on water restrictions.

Local Area at St. Philip's College: The atmosphere off-campus is good. Its just getting downtown could be a hassle for must. Some people don't like to take public transportation, but then some don't like to pay parking fees. Around the campus there really isn't no good bars they are ghetto. You have to travel at least 10-25 minutes to find really good suitable bars.

Health & Safety at St. Philip's College: The campus is a great campus minus the parking. The police patrol all through the campus everyday. Public transportation is available and convenient for most students. I would recommend this college to all my friends.

Campus Resources at San Antonio College: They constantly have booths set up promoting school clubs, local businesses, playing music, selling food , giving info. or selling stuff. During the winter they have hot chocolate and doughnuts for sale. Local radio stations come out ofter and promote. Information about different clubs is widely accessible during these events. They also have a job fair and a transfer fair which is helpful.

Campus Resources at San Antonio College: I haven't had many problems with the network or wireless access. Theirs printing available in many areas on campus. Were currently in the middle of switching networks form Blackboard to Canvas so that has caused a few problems in the transition because some professors are still using the old network while others have switched over.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources at San Antonio College: They have everything you need to succeed. They have tutoring labs, testing labs, gym, student center, library, small workout gym. Granted its not all new but everything you need is there and accessible. They always have tons of booths set up promoting school clubs, businesses and awareness on campus with food, prizes and info.

Online Courses at San Antonio College: Online courses require a little more work because the professor needs to give out weekly grades for something. So instead of getting graded for being in class, usually theres discussion questions for each chapter that you answer to get a grade for online courses. Its extremely convenient because you can work ahead and be done with the course work as early as you'd like in most cases. I definitely would recommend for people who balance a job that doesn't give them much time to attend school.

Student Body at San Antonio College: All kinds of people there. My only complaint is that if you don't make an effort to meet people then most likely you won't meet anyone. Everyone is in and out and has other priorities. I have had classes that required some form of group work and those classes went by smoother because you had help from your classmates when it was needed.

4 College Student

Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: I would say that the staff is incredible. They are willing to go above and beyond and help any student with any problem or situation.

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: The student body is incredibly diverse at Vista. A good chunk of the student population are students that come straight out of high school. Most of the population holds a full-time job or they have children/families to attend to. There is also a good part of the student body that are adults that come to complete their dream of earning a degree.

4 College Student

Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: The facilities aren't bad. The student centers always have someone in there to help you and the staff is more than willing to offer assistance.

3 College Student

Campus Resources at Northwest Vista College: The network is alright. I know that if you bring your own device, it is a bit difficult to connect to WiFi. The computers in the library and the computer labs are excellent though. They internet connection is fast and there are rarely any problems.

4 College Junior

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: The online courses have been good at times the work load can be overwhelming in some classes. A few classes gave so much homework it was like the forgot that you had other classes. Overall not having to commute and being able to go to school while being a single mom, foster mom, and a full time employee it was to my benefit.
