Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: The school tries to get students involved in jobs or internships pertaining to their majors although the vast majority of workshops on campus are military or service orientated.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: My major at Northwest Vista can require a lot of time and focus but with the help of my peers and professors the workload doesn't feel as stressful.

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: Northwest Vista is a great school for incoming freshmen and returning college students because there are a lot of people there willing to help you and the classes are small enough for the professors to engage with the students.

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: the path to nursing school is never easy regardless of what school you may be attending but what this school offers is a much more step by step in depth learning from the professors. It is more one to one and the learning experience differs from any other college. Workload is heavy for any nursing student but the professors do help in any way they can as long as they see you doing all you can to stay a float.

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: San Antonio College is very diverse within the students as well as the professors. One thing that makes this school unique is how devoted the professors are to there students. Many universities have professors who never learn your name but here you get to know your professors if you take school seriously.

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: The school doesn't foster community.

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: Not the best, not the worst. I've seen more passionate teachers. Something's missing.

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: I find that trying to seek out help here at school is harder than others. It just seems like people send me around between departments instead of answering my questions or getting in with a counselor or advisor. The classes are great though, and the teachers are very good at their jobs.

Academic Flexibility at Palo Alto College: Advisors have given me good information on how credits are transferred and how many transfer to a university. I have not transferred yet but my goals are to transfer to UTSA once ai have completed my associates degree. I love how most of the classes ive taken are transferable. The fleaxablitiy of the classes are good when working full time.

Online Courses at Palo Alto College: Ive done one online course and I have a great experience with communication by email. Its a great way of saving for gas when working a partime job or a full time job that give you no time to study on exams. Its convinent because work can be worked on any time of the day as long as you turn it in on time. Each student gwts to have thir input on discussions on any topic at that time. Time saving!

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: Teachers , admissions , bursurs office advisors including students.. are all helpful assets. Now all is do to ones goal as a student either you set your mind to accomplish or be sidetracked easily with personal life. All in all, all metioned are great ways to advance to getting your degree. They all are helpful tools . I have no complaints I have attended Palo Alto College since 2009 . My favorite is when teachers care about a students success when it comes to not understanding a section of any objectives being taught throughout the semester. Also fiesta in San Antonio is held their for pac fest events during fiesta season. Very fun!

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: Recruitment happens of course on a schedule timely manner. We recieve emails on aces in refrence to those dates for when recruitment is held either for job entrys or to the next university. Having the skill to read ,write, the language the is spoken or the experience of current job while attending school can give an opportunity to be recruited for an internship or job. Emails come in handy for those who have a limited schedule because of class, or work.

Academic Experience at Palo Alto College: My experience with My major in Ass. Arts In Teaching has been an adventure. This major does open alot of opportunities with the simple fact that teachers are who teach any individual who sets their mind to each course they conduct. Without teachers how is anything learned to accomplish any work ethics or how to conduct yourself . As far as being educated in the major the program provides the student’s with the opportunity to do field visits at any school on their list to learn classroom management and the tools necessary to understand what it is to teach and handle a class. The curriculm is what is need to complete the program and its upto the student to complete it to get their degree. I have had kob offers as a teachers assistant for students with down syndrome and I have not finished my degree which is a plus. All teacher and Principle who interviewed me were fond of my answers to their questions to get the job.

I have successful accomplished each class needed to get farther in my degree. I am now needing to finish about 8 classes and with the help from my advisor by email and person she's helped me with a schedule I should go by. She had given me tips about funding for my education. Its very close to home and very convinient for night classes because I work full time. I like how my Professors work with my work schedule as for as taking exams and turning in home works. Professors are really great about providing extra credit on assignments.
