5 College Junior

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: There are a lot of school programs and study groups from my perspective. I will probably always be able to find a way to be successful; whether it be from finding a study group or pushing myself.

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: With a small class size, there are a lot of opportunities to my disposal. When it comes to asking questions there will probably always be someone there to assist me.

Academic Flexibility at Northwest Vista College: As a first-time in college student, I can only hope that I can manage to keep up with everything, primarily school-wise.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: I really like Northwest Vista College (NVC) because the tuition and fees are extremely affordable plus the administrators are generally happy and helpful to students.

Career Services at Northwest Vista College: I have not yet tried applying for any organizations at school but during the spring semester i do and hopefully i will be accepted.

Student Body at Northwest Vista College: Viasta is a very diverse school you have students coming straight out of high school and people as old as 40 trying to get a degree. I admire thoughs older people who go back to get a degree. Not many would go back but they do and it says that they want to work hard, get a better career, and do something great for themselves.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: At Northwest Vista for new comers i recommend that you get your registration done a soon as possible if not well good luck trying to find a class they fill up faster than a mintue your allowed to find your classes so be prepared. Honestly Vista needs more classes because it is rediculas how much its a struggle to find a class you need to fit with the other classes you have already chosen if they are already taken.

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: Its the best to be going to school and not have to pay out of pocket. I did it for my first semester since my finacial aid was not ready in time due to some confusing paperwork and it drilled a whole in my pocket.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility at Northwest Vista College: I do have a job but i resechedule it based upon school school is frist priority but so far its kinda been a hassle for me to figure out what i can manage.

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: Classes are a good size just like a regular high school class but some of the techers assign way to much work for the course and dont really teach effectivelly. I understand that we are in the 21st century but there is such a thing as to much.

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: I haven't looked into the value of a degree from northwest vista but I am using it as a stepping stone to transfer.

5 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid at Northwest Vista College: This is the least expensive college to attend and I get more than enough financial aid.

4 College Sophomore

Student Body at San Antonio College: Everyone seems apart of the school.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: The teachers are great, easy to make friends, and the help around the school is the best!

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: The quality of your education is great with the right teachers.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: I have the sources at school just not the time to talk to people.

1 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: Applying for the school was the absolute worst! they got my name, social, and school identification number wrong, i had two! but after that was fixed it was smooth sailing.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: The hours for classes meet my schedule perfectly and most teachers are great.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources at San Antonio College: The over all campus is great. I love the feel and vibe of the school and the proximity of my classes. It's really easy to remember where everything's at but the only downfall is no pool. Since I came from a high school where I was apart of the swim team and is my way of working out, I would of loved to have a pool to go to and exercise.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: I have just started, Math is hard for me but math labs are available to help

4 College Junior

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: Professors are the only boundary sometimes you get good professors sometimes you don't and you have to work around the work load and grading

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid at San Antonio College: Tuition is low and financial aid is good BUT financial aid office can be little to no help I hope they can bring better help in

2 College Senior

Tuition & Financial Aid at Palo Alto College: every year, the amount of my financial aid goes down, despite that there have been little changes in my economic and financial situation. the out of district tuition is MONSTROUS. getting financial aid involved several hours of walking back and forth from the bursar's office to the financial aid office, trying to find out what i needed. in order to even get the full amount of financial aid (which wasn't much) i had to take on a full time load. The financial aid office was friendly and helpful but the ladies at the bursar's office were quiet and very unemotional and unfriendly.

Student Body at Palo Alto College: i hardly interact with anyone at school. unless you are in the same age group, then meeting someone you know is hardly likely to happen. but i do see a variety of students here from all backgrounds.

Campus Resources at Palo Alto College: they really are great but all the funds generated for looks does not really help the academics portion.
