3 College Freshman

Academic Experience at Palo Alto College: Th y don't have an associates in accounting anymore so you need to meet with an advisor to get all the basics done so you can transfer to a four year university.

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: This school is a great stepping stone if you plan on transferring as well as one if you plan on stopping with your associates. Lots of classes and majors to chose from and if they don't have a course available at PAC you are welcome to enroll in one of the other courses at any Alamo college with out having to apply to another school. As long as it's in the Alamo district you can take most any class at any school if it's available to you.

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: I am a returning student. I was nervous but after speaking with my advisor. I felt confident and comfortable going back to school after being out for 8 years. My professors where amazing. I even managed to get 2 A's upon retruning.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: It is nice to be able to work and go to school, online courses really help with that.

Online Courses at San Antonio College: I love online courses, because i get to finish them at my own pace usually. Deadlines are reasonable, and a great way to fit more classes in my schedule but still having the comfort of home. I highly recomend taking online classes, because you can still travel and do school work quickly.

Career Services at San Antonio College: Some counselors i have talked to are wonderful! And, some do not know what they are doing. I suppose that could happen with any school though.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: I enjoy small classrooms, because the learning atmosphere feels approachable. Contacting professors is also quite easy due to the small class size. There are numerous activities and clubs on campus as well, i was quite impressed that a community college actually had events to do!

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: This school is a great way to receive an associates degree to further your career, or to transfer later to a university.

3 College Sophomore

Academic Experience at San Antonio College: It is not a stellar academic experience, but it is not "13th grade" either. It is great to get core classes done, and then go to a university. It is a great way to save money on school expenses.

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: As a biology major, I made a lot of friends majoring in the same thing. I had many people in more than one of my classes. Classes are very manageable and flow easily. Only around midterms and finals did my work ever feel like it would never end.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility at Northwest Vista College: Northwest Vista instructors are beyond understanding. If ever an emergency comes up, all that is necessary is an email notification, and they will email the assignment to you so you can turn it in during the next class.

5 College Junior

Online Courses at Northwest Vista College: Taking online courses can be tough, but since I do not live in San Antonio they are an easier alternative. Online classes take away the hassle of driving all the way to the campus, and the instructors are still very helpful.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: Each of my professors were helpful. While most of the work was explained thoroughly enough that I did not need clarification, on the occasion that I did they were always amazing.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: College at Northwest Vista is amazing. Living outside of San Antonio means I have to drive for almost an hour each day that I have class. The campus is easily accessible and the professors are very understanding if I arrive a few minutes late. Each of my classes has had amazing instructors, as well as friendly classmates. Northwest Vista is a great place to not only make new friends, but also to earn a degree.

2 College Junior

Academic Flexibility at Northwest Vista College: The enrolling process is long and some what confusing and it takes days to a week to speak with a student advisor.
