3 College Freshman

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: Pretty great other than my advising team, a lot of miscommunications

4 College Freshman

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: the campus itself its great and offers many different things

4 College Freshman

Academic Experience at Palo Alto College: Professors are very helpful and ensure you are learning the information.

3 College Freshman

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: The classes and professors have been wonderful, the advising team on the other hand has been horrendous.

3 College Student

Academic Flexibility at Palo Alto College: I think the classes should have more flexible times. As a mother of young kids its hard to get some classes I need because I have to work around my family schedule. None of my credits were transfer from my last degree because the school I attended wasnt accredited by the "big" companies. With the amount of money students have to pay, all schools should have the same accreditation.

Online Courses at Palo Alto College: Online courses give the student more freedom in a sense that you dont have to show up to class and you know whats always due when and some even allow you to work ahead. Some times the workload can be a bit much. Interaction with the peers is not as great as it would be in person

3 College Student

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: Class size is small to average. Each teacher has different expectations and rules which is kind of unfair to those who may have issues during the course.

3 College Student

Academic Experience at Palo Alto College: The workload can become very overwhelming.

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: Over all the staff is pretty friends and helpful. There are of course those few that are beyond rude and unhelpful. The staff is made up of a lot of students. The teachers are hit or miss I think. Some of them enjoy what they do and want you to learn, others dont seem to care too much.

4 College Junior

Career Services at Northwest Vista College: I never visited the career center just advising

5 College Junior

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: class sizes is excellent theres no more than 20 in a class

4 College Junior

Academic Experience at Northwest Vista College: My major is very involved and there's many organizations and group meetings to meet a lot of peers that have the same goal.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: The school is great as long as your involved. It's fun and the scenery is outstanding

3 College Sophomore

Greek Life at St. Philip's College: We don't really have Greek life, but there are a lot of organizations available to join. Some are related to your field of study and others are social.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: I am taking prerequisites classes to apply for sonography at St. Phillips and was impressed by the study labs for math and science. They have helpful instructors there at all times to help answer any questions and tutor you. There are also models and study aid material available for students to help prepare for exams.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics at St. Philip's College: Since St. Phillips is a 2 year community college, we do not have a large athletics department. I believe there is a basketball team and cheerleaders but that is about it. School spirit is there, just not as prevalent as a 4 year college.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: Most teachers are pretty chill. There are a couple that have business teaching, but it's clear on day one with them. Grading is easy for the most part as long as youre not in one of the health fields

3 College Junior

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: Its a well respected community college. Degrees from here go pretty far locally

3 College Junior

Health & Safety at St. Philip's College: Like I said, we're in the ghetto. The campus itself is fine, but the parking lots and surrounding neighborhood can be dangerous. ALWAYS STAY IN GROUPS!!

1 College Junior

Campus Housing at St. Philip's College: This is a good school in a horrible part of town. Even if we had student housing, nobody would choose to live there

2 College Junior

Greek Life at St. Philip's College: We literally have two Greek clubs. One that you pay your way into, and the other that's full of low gpa's and ghetto people

3 College Junior

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: Just like everything else, this college is what you make it. I've chosen to focus, get my degree, and get out - so for me it's just a brick in the wall

3 College Junior

Athletics at St. Philip's College: We dont really have sports at my college. Even if we did, my course load is heavy so I wouldn't be ab;e to find time to care. I do use the weight room (or at least I do until I buy a bench at home) Its subpar but I live in an obese city where nobody else works out, so its pretty cool having my own gym

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility at San Antonio College: For my first semester, I only went to school on Mondays and Wednesdays. It was very easy to get a job since I pretty much had open availability.

4 College Junior

Online Courses at San Antonio College: For the most part, It was really nice, especially when the teachers uploaded the grades online.
