Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: The amount of effort that the teachers provide to the students allows us to succeed.

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: At first I thought I would never learn the campus but after my second day there I was a pro. The professors are very friendly and understanding. Also the campus is very inviting

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: I think that PAC is a great school with a great campus. Many activities and helpful staff members. I think that in general college should be free of tuition for the first 4 years.

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: Transferring from Texas to a school in Iowa is difficult in many ways, however, every student and faculty member has the transition easy and welcoming. I feel like I belong here. Even though I am a minority, everyone treats me equally and fairly. The professors truly care about their students here as well. I couldn't be happier!

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: Very low-cost tuition, and a beautiful campus. The class sizes are small and teachers really care about what they teach!

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: Northwest Vista was a perfect choice for me to start fresh out of High School. I love the diversity, I have met so many people who are different in unique ways. It is interesting learning about other cultures and their beliefs. Northwest Vista is a very fun college because there are always activities going on, on campus. There are games, fundraisers, free food, radio stations that come to our campus, and many other fun events that take place daily. Besides the events, all the professor that I have had are remarkable. I have never had an issue with any professor, they are understand and very helpful. If I could attend Northwest Vista again, I definitely would.

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: Palo Alto has a great campus, friendly and helpful staff, and many student activities. It is very close to home, so close that I can walk or ride my bike there. Most of my tuition and books are being paid for by a scholarship program so I am very thankful! Registration was super easy and I would choose this school again over a university.

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: Some of the teachers aren't clear on assignments... but it's not so bad

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: This school is a great place to start your college career

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: The academic staff is helpful, supportive, and encouraging. Dr. Lawson is a fixture on the campus and is willing to speak to anyone that needs her attention. The rich history of the campus really makes me feel like I am apart of something bigger than myself. These classes were everything I hoped they would be. They are challenging me to become a different person.

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: Just do your work and don't procrastinate. Everything will work out fine if you do those two things.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: I went to a college previously before attending Vista. It was so organized and I was able to find all the information I needed either in their offices or the website. I also don't understand why you can't join a class through registration after the class has met only once. On another note, half the professors are wonderful and love their job. The other half could careless about how well they carry their message onto the students or if they even pass.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: The professors and the curriculum is fair but the actual staff and business office is unorganized and do not act like they care about the well being of the students.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: I really enjoy SAC because the help you with anything you need and they have very friendly staff.

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: SAC is a good college to get students a taste of college classes and settled into the college experience. I would advise any incoming students to make sure they do things early, i.e. register for classes, meet with an advisor, buy books, straighten out things with business office/ financial aid. Take advantage of the programs available such as the Honors Academy, Phi Theta Kappa, student life events, scholarships and in house workshops. There is plenty going on during the semester especially in Loftin Student Center. It definitely saves you money if you're looking to transfer, but be sure to check if your classes with transfer to the institution in mind. Just like at any other location you will find individuals and staff that are cranky and those that will go above and beyond to help you out. Step on to campus prepared for both characters and a lot of patience!

Overall Experience at Northwest Vista College: It's a pretty average school. The campus is nice and small. All of the professors I had were good teachers who cared about the success of their students. The major downsides of attending this school are that it is very small so they offer very few classes and you end up having most of your classes with the same students so its difficult to meet a wide range of people.

5 College Junior

Overall Experience at Palo Alto College: The best place ever and helpful staff and teachers

4 College Sophomore

Overall Experience at St. Philip's College: I enjoy my school choice very much. The professors and students are very helpful and I like the environment that I am in. So far it does lack some electives, but that is about it. Also the sports, I would of loved to be on a volleyball team. However I have learned so much from the professors and they are very understanding, which I believe is important. I like my school and I would go back.

3 College Junior

Overall Experience at San Antonio College: I have run into my fair share of problems but overall it is a good school
