Technology: Frequently Used – Computers on campus are not used by students as often as they should be. They are often only used when big exams and essays are approaching the deadline. It is also easy to have your own computer and access the internet as well as printers on campus.

Overall Experience: overall is my alma mater. The unique personal professor are everything to me. Plus they have a nice campus. Althought is not NYU o harvard. The couser work is not to mucho nor to little

Administration: We Are Still Treated as Adults – there are punishments to bad choices which are fines but we are still treated as adults i feel that my school could be more strict on people who re offend

Health & Safety: I Feel Completely Safe – when it comes to safety on campus my school has emergency towers where if your in trouble you press a button and it goes directly to campus police. which makes me feel a lot safer. all in all my school is pretty safe because we run as a little community. the only thing that frightens me are the skunks that are on campus

Technology: The Computer Labs Could Be Open Longer Meaning Later at Night – the computer labs are open until 10:00 o'clock maybe i think that as college students we stay up way later in the night and that the computer labs need to be open later at night. for all of the night owls on campus

Drug Safety: If you frequent those circles it is there. You have to seek for those underground exposures. If come to learn and that is your focus you will not be bothered or confronted by it.

Off-Campus Dining: You'll Need a Car – There's plenty of fast food around(taco bell,2 mcdonalds, chicken places, arbys zaxbys, wendys, sonic, and more), but only one dine in(Applebees) thats close. All of these are within 5 miles form school but none are walking distance. Mama Annies is a close by soul food place ( walking distance too!). Plates usually run around 6-8 dollars

Transportation: Bulldawg Transit – We now have a bus system that runs 7 days a week and takes students on the weekend to the mall.

Guys & Girls: Student Bodies – The student are extremly diverse for an HBCU. There are many students that come from all countries.

Campus Quality: Moving Forward – AAMU has greatly improved the campus from renovations to upgrades. They created a new library and renovated old torn down buildings and created new facilities tbeen there. THey have advanced the technologies like including smartboards in engineering and creating a new engineering and education buildings.

Parking: The parking situation is insane. The spaces are limited and there is usually a ten minute window between classes. Sometimes you may have to circle the parking lot for 15 minutes to find a space and then you're late for class. Some professors won't let you in after 10 minutes. The campus police will ticket you up to at least $160 for improper parking and if they don't ticket you then your car will be towed. It's ridiculous because there aren't enough spaces to accomodate all of the students that have parking decals.

Health & Safety: Campus Safety – Our campus police, here on the campus of Alabama A&M University, I believe does their job well. They are constantly riding around to ensure that no crime is taking place.

Parking: parking at my school is terrible!! there are not enough parking spaces anyway so they tow peoples cars constantly, but there is no where to park.

2 College Junior

Campus Housing: A lot of the buildings are old, and majority of the dorms are unlivable. On the contrary the quad is very nice and upkept

Drug Safety: I don't think there's any drug use on campus. If so, I don't see it

Parking: Not So Great – The parking is limited for commuters. If you live on campus, there are many places that are restricted to park. There is not a great need for having a car being that there are campus shuttles that transport students around the campus as well to the mall, grocery stores and other places on the weekends.

Local Area: Win Some, Lose Some – Coming from a larger city, Huntsville lacks in attractions and activities. There are a few malls and attractions such as the Space and Rocket Center, Von Braun Center, Sci-Quest for kids. It is very much a college town with about 3-4 local colleges in the area. Huntsville seems to be a great place to raise a family, being low on crime and high on safety.

Transportation: Its sometimes good, but if your class is far, I would decide to walk.

Parking: The parking spaces are always taken and if you park in the wrong spot than it will be towed.

Party Scene: They are always smoking and they sometimes be fun but be careful. They mase people in the club sometimes. All I can say is that A&M is not the place to be.

5 College Freshman

Party Scene: Alabama a&M – Night life is what you make it. You can do anything you want. I just choose not the drink or smoke. I like to have fun without the toxins. I like to play basketball and hang out with friends.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Alabama a&M – The cost of the university is reasonable and has a very live atmosphere. The housing process was so easy, anyone could do it.

The A&M experience is excellent! Students who have graduated from A&M often say that there is no place like "The Hill." Sure, students complain about the long financial aid lines, old buildings, and out-of-date resources, but when asked if they would do it all over again and still make A&M their first choice, many have said they would. A&M is truly a "home away from home." It's a great place for students to discover who they are and who they can become. Being a historically black college, A&M has so much history engraved in its roots. After attending A&M, students gain a greater appreciation for their heritage and for those who came before them. Also, out of all the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), A&M has one of the best food science programs. It is one of the only HBCU's that has an accredited program. Most of the students who graduate from A&M with a food science degree are employed and working for major companies like Coca-Cola.

A&M is a great school to attend. Lifelong friendships and connections are made on this campus. Students at A&M are more than classmates—they're family. They encourage and support each other throughout their academic journey.
