Campus Housing

Campus Housing: I wish there were more housing options. Very few apartments are available and with the lottery choosing system only top seniors are likely to receive them. I wish there were more apartments that had separate bedrooms (not shared) and one person apartment (there is only 2 and they are given to 5th year seniors.) The dorms are okay, they do their job. But I would only consider the newly renovated ones as good because they offer air conditioning and carpet that the other dorms dont. I do not like the housing process, I feel the lottery system does not give everyone a fair chance nor do they consider peoples needs.

Campus Housing: I enjoyed my room on campus I couldn't find any major problems about it.

Campus Housing: Living on campus is something I would recommend no matter what school you go to. It allows you to become close with every student much more than if you had chosen to live off campus because when you live on campus you see people at every stage of the day and sometimes every stage of the night and that makes forming friendships and relationships so much easier and makes those relationships and friendships so much more valuable because you become so close to them that there is no judgement and you become so much closer tof them so much quicker it makes the bond you have with them so much more valuable.

Campus Housing: I lived on campus my first year, which was 2015-2016, I absolutely loved it. Being on campus all the time was so much fun and very convenient. The campus is very small so if I was running late to a class I did not have to worry too much because I was able to jump out of bed and be in my classroom within 5-10 minutes. The social atmosphere is was really makes on campus living worth the while. Everyone knows everyone and you are able to see your friends almost every time you go out for a walk, this helps build fantastic, life-long relationships. The worst part about living on campus is that the dorms are a little outdated and tend to get extremely hot in the fall. I cannot complain too much about this because the sizes of the dorms are larger than average, but there is no air conditioning in most of the housing options.

Campus Housing: The housing is nice once you are an upper classman and have more housing options, it sucks that there is a 4 year live on campus rule, where you can not find your own place for cheaper. I think its unfair that we have to have a meal plan when we live on campus, even if you do not want to use the meal plan
