Overall Experience: I think my school is so unique because it offers a good Christian setting, while being able to interact with your professors, and create life long friendships with others who have the same morals and values as you. There may be some things students disagree with but you truly get disadvantages at every university. The community is very warm and welcoming and you feel like everyone there is your family.

Overall Experience: I love my school because I am involved in several extracurriculars and honestly everybody there is like a second family to me. I met all my professors during orientation and they are all so willing to help.

Overall Experience: Abilene Christian University is my number one choice because of the christian based curriculum. The values and morals taught and believed here are that of my own. If I had to start all over in the application process and the final decision making I would chose ACU all over again because of the prestige and connections that this school has when you attend here, the minute you accept and attend you get benefits with being associated with the school.

Overall Experience: I really appreciate the Christian atmostophere. My first class on campus was a great experience, and prepared me for college.I would not change anything about my decision because I really love how welcome and helpful all the staff at Abilene Christian are. I also appreciate how admissions counselor Greg Olgebys was a massive help me guided through the admissions process very efficiently.

Overall Experience: My school has good education, nice people, and a Christian enviorment. My school also has its negatives, racism is a big one. The educational benefits after graduation are great. Some people are very judgemental. The school does have clique problems. Me being who I am tries to hang out with everyone. Overall the school is okay and workable. You have to be strong to go here, but it gets better as time passes along.

Off-Campus Housing: From what i've seen the on campus housing is pretty cheap

3 College Sophomore

Party Scene: If you know the right people you can find a party or kickback every weekend

3 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Dining: There are only a few small really good businesses like the small little italy, but everyone pretty much just goes to whataburger and chilis

3 College Sophomore

Administration: They are really strict with the students living in the dorms, especially with curfew violations and visitations.

2 College Sophomore

Campus Food: The bean is pretty much awful. Out of about every 10 meals there is one edible one. They should also get more on campus food options or make bean bucks available off campus.

3 College Sophomore

Scholarships: They give great financial aid packets in general. The student must go the extra mile to try and get more financial aid from the school.

Campus Housing: Living on campus is overall a pretty great experience. It is just extremely pricey for the dormitories and to live in the on campus apartments. Also they usually have bug programs. Overall though the dorms are really great with lobbies to spend time in, study rooms, and the RA bonding activities that are available to bond with the other girls that live in the hall.

Off-Campus Housing: I really do enjoy living in the off-campus apartments because I feel as if I have more independence and privacy. I am not limited to curfew, nor I am limited to visitation hours.

Off-Campus Dining: The off-campus dining options aren't really convenient. I say this because for those who do not drive, it is hard for them to get transportation to these restaurants. Also, discounts are not given to ACU students and I feel as though discounts should be given since we attend a school in the community. The cost can be expensive for those college students who are struggling and on a budget.

Administration: Campus strictness here at ACU is heavily enforced. I say this because it is a Christian school and we live up to our mission statement and honor code daily. Anything that affects students' academic or social lives are restricted from the campus as well as the dorms. Although I do not stay in the dorms, I have spoken with others who do live in the dorms who have told stories about how strict housing is about visitation hours and noise violations. Also, underage drinking and drug use are a huge deal all across the nation at colleges and universities

Campus Food: One of the reasons why I came here was because of the dining options on campus. I feel that it is very beneficial to have a variety to choose from so that students are not limited to their options of food. I find that Starbucks and Chic-fil-a are the most popular dining services here at ACU because coffee is a necessity in everyone's life and for Chic-fil-a, who doesn't love chicken sandwiches and waffle fries?

Scholarships: The financial aid process has always been good for me because I believe I do a great job completing the process and getting the resources I need from the financial office at my school. Usually, I will receive emails informing me what documents and information is needed for the upcoming semester, and it is my job to get those required forms in to make the process go as smoothly as possible. Tips that I will give to students regarding the financial aid process are to keep in touch with the financial aid coordinators and turn in required documents before the deadline.

Campus Housing: This statement really does not apply to me because the apartments I stay in are considered "off-campus" housing, but I really do enjoy living in the University Park Apartments. It is not the typical dorm setting that many students experience, but it provides a more independent yet social atmosphere. The University Park housing crew does a great job planning social activities as well as great amenities to make the residents feel comfortable. The cost of living is manageable and I will definitely recommend this off-campus housing to others.

Off-Campus Housing: Off campus living is always the best. You learn how to become an adult even more than you were becoming while living on campus.

Off-Campus Dining: Off campus dining in Abilene is the best. The town is so small that you are able to find what you want, and if not you can just cook it yourself. Everything is so close by and convienent so you're not wasting gas.

4 College Junior

Administration: The schools strictness is a perfect balance for the school. While parking violations are awful, the officers are extremely kind and helpful when you need. The policies regarding activities don't restrict having a great college experience. The rules are there to help you and lead you closer to the Lord and not away!

4 College Junior

Campus Food: For campus food, the Bean has incredible food. Compared to other colleges, the "servers" are incredibly kind, and become your friends by the end of the year. It can be very easy to spend your bean bucks at einsteins or Starbucks, but take advantage of the Bean as often as possible to save your bean bucks for the days the bean just isn't doing it for you!

4 College Junior

Scholarships: The financial aid office is extremely helpful. Each of the people goes above and beyond to help you and make it possible for you to attend said school. One thing I kept in mind is keeping communication with financial aid and seeing if any new scholarships came up throughout the year.

Campus Housing: Living on campus is a very underrated bonus of college. Despite the community style bathrooms, or loud hall mates, living in a dorm is the fast and easy way to become aquatinted with people and make friends! The positives far outweigh the negatives. The cost including a meal plan is the same it would cost me to rent an apartment, and for that reason it is extremely convienent because all electrical, food, and washing is worked out for you.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Dining: There is a variety of interesting places in the town, some are convenient, others are not. Cost of food is average, what you would find anywhere. One of the best places, in my opinion, is Ann Thai.
