Academic Flexibility: I've been able to get classes at reasonable times and haven't run into any problems with scheduling.

College Junior

Career Services: I have no idea about these services as I have never tried looking into them.

College Junior

Student Body: Honestly I don't concern myself with what the people around me are like. I find most of them to be rather bland and boring, I'm sure they think the same of me.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: The instructors are very helpful and we are getting information that will be highly beneficial when applied in real world situations.

College Junior

Academic Experience: I'm not entirely sure what this question is asking.

4 College Junior

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: What can I say, it literally is just okay.No more, no less.

2 College Junior

Campus Resources: The computers within the academic computer lab are extremely slow, sometimes taking 5-8 minutes to load the desktop.

College Junior

Online Courses: I have no plans to partake in online courses at this college.

College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: Honestly I feel as though I am getting my monies worth, however I have nothing to compare my experience to so I will not provide a rating.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The financial aid has been cumbersome since Obama changed things.

Yes, the school is worth it.

4 College Junior

Career Services: I commented on the career center earlier. This is a great place to be for them to help you find a job.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Flexibility of classes has been an issue after I got into higher classes. The curriculum is supposed to be for working adults, but some classes have difficult to get late afternoon early evening.

since everyone has gone to semesters, it's not rough transferring credits so far.

Academic Experience: My program is a bridge program. Zane State is actually a 2 year college, but with a program they set up with Miami, we can get a bachelor's in Power Engineering without leaving the hometown. The workload is whatever you can handle whether it be full time or part time. The curriculum needs some work because the math you take for the electrical/electronics engineering AAS does not line up with the math needed for Miami. Two programs should be setup, so people who want to go onto Miami can take the right math for the bachelor's and people who just want the AAS can take that math. Zane State just build a new facility for engineering/science programs. It is really nice and state of the art for them. This college gets a grade A for helping students find jobs. The professors and the success center are very proactive in finding jobs and helping students do what needs to be done to get a job.

4 College Junior

Academic Experience: Most of the professors at Zane State are experienced in the field. The part time professors are working in their fields as well as teaching. They bring real world experiences and education to the classroom. The curriculum is in-line with state and national requirements.

Class registration can be a little cumbersome sometimes, but if you can do it online, it's a breeze. The workload is what each student makes it. The classes are setup well, and workload is not difficult if assignments are kept up with. They have many special study options, tutors and whatever else you may need. They are willing to do whatever they can to get a student through a degree.

4 College Junior

Student Body: Our student body is not very diverse. There are very few foreigners, but that is probably related to the city we live in. The acceptance is at an average and the overall culture follows that level. A typical student is normally someone who is working and going to school to better their career and themselves. We can relate to each other how difficult it can be sometimes to go to school work and have a family to. It brings in perspective, that if someone else can do it, then another should be able to as well.

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: The student center is one of the places that I think needs to be updated. I graduated from this school in '95 and the student success center still looks the same. The computers are slower in there and the network needs to be updated.

Campus activities are always fun and the overall campus is really nice. The athletic center is really nice and we will have a pool soon.

The library is extensive and a nice place to sit. We even have a library cat that likes to cuddle with you and keep you company if you wish.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The wireless access and network is a slow. it needs to be updated. Printing on campus is east. There are printers available for all the classrooms to do work.

4 College Junior

Online Courses: Online courses go very smoothly and are easy to do. Some professors are harder to reach than others with online courses though.

4 College Junior

Facilities: Students help each other most of the time. The professors are normally more than willing to help. Some professors bend over backwards to help you.

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: The staff is very personable. They don't treat you like a number. The math teachers are great.
