3 College Junior

Academic Experience: We have such a large amount of home work and we are expected to know and do things that many of us have no clue about. Put answers to questions in our own words when we have not yet gone over the material. The books are very difficult to understand. We don't get any of our homework back in our science classes, so we can't even see what we missed and know what NOT to study for. Having 3D models thrown in at the end of the course that we test over. Models that we have never seen before, but studied the pictures in the book that we were told to study.

Academic Experience: My registration for the program, financial aid and my interview were all good. Most of our professors are great to deal with.

Student Body: The group of RN students that I am associated with are all pretty close and we all help one another. There are a few people who disrupt the class and make it hard to concentrate, but overall, I think we have great people to go to school with.

College Junior

Online Courses: We don't have on line courses for the RN program

3 College Junior

Facilities: We are not offered alot of things from the career college. We have a small area to eat and generally anywhere you go to study is too loud. The library is small and the computers are always busy. We all have personal lap tops, but when we are required to do projects and papers and have to print it out, it makes for a little frustration.

3 College Junior

Career Services: I have not yet experienced the career center and we don't have an alumni network that I am aware of. i was not told of my job prospects, but I work for a hospital already that will be able to hire me on as a RN when I have graduated

4 College Junior

Overall Experience: I had everything taken care of for me with financial aid. they walked me through the steps to get enrolled and have had a few hiccups along the way, but this is the second group to go through the RN program and so it is new to everyone.

Campus Resources: The facility is nice and new. The virtual hospital is very nice. Seems the restrooms could use some more attention. The athletic center is available, but you have to make a B average to use the facilities. With the amount of homework we have there is no time for the gym.

3 College Junior

Campus Resources: The lap tops that are provided aren't too bad, but they crash alot. We now have a great computer guy. Intranet at the school is alright, but is not usable in all the class rooms.

3 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is outrageous for the education that you are getting. As nursing students we are only there 2 days a week and pay the most money, but get excluded from every activity that the school offers, because it is only offered on the days we are not in class and the majority of us have to work Tuesday-Thursady to pay bills. Books have to be purchased at the school. You are not allowed to buy books from another student or off line.

3 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: Since this is the second group of RN students, the school is still trying to get things organized. The teachers are pretty good for the most part. The books that we use are was to technical for beginning RN students. We are tested over material that we didn't go over in class and the way homework is to be turned in changes. There are only 10 RN students allowed to enter the nursing program and you have to compete with other people that are transferring in and students that were before your class that didn't make it in the first time. Overall I like the school, just needs a little more time to work out the kinks and to accept more students into the program.

Tuition & Financial Aid: It is a little expensive but all school are too me but the financial aid process went smooth.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: So far the staff is very friendly and helpful.

College Junior

Career Services: haven't had the chance to experience anything yet

College Junior

Facilities: haven't had the chance to experience anything yet

College Junior

Online Courses: Actually haven't experience any online courses just yet.

4 College Junior

Facilities: Overall the facility is kept very clean. The classrooms are very spacious to account for a full load of students. I have taken only one lab so far and I am the only student, therefore it provides me with the opportunity with more one-on-one interaction with the instructor.

5 College Junior

Online Courses: The online courses are very different than traditional classroom settings. It can sometimes be a lot more reading material and lots of homework but it seems to be well worth it so far.

4 College Junior

Career Services: I wasn't able to transfer any of my credits from my previous school to Wright because of the difference in the grading system. However I plan to continue my educational journey here and achieve my goals and accomplishments I have set forth.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: The classes are very flexible to attend online since it is at your own pace by the deadlines. I did not have to adjust my personal life or work schedule for any reasons, since I mad that known at the very start of registration. I have been able to keep up with class work and complete assignments in a timely manner and I love taking online classes.

4 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: The costs for education at Wright are very proportioned to what you would pay at other college or universities. The costs of education have increased over the last few years, so things can seem a little more expensive than they were before. Overall I think the school is very cost effective.

4 College Junior

Student Body: The student body is very diverse with many different cultures. Its fun to learn about classmates from different cultures and backgrounds as opposed to mine. Working one-on-one with other classmates on labs and projects is also a fun learning experience. This gives you time to learn more about the classmate as well as the assignment at hand.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: Just recently enrolled and I have to say I am enjoying learning right now. Things are different taking online classes as opposed to campus classes. Labs are done on campus one day a week for 6 hours, which really isn't that bad. The instructors are very informative about the contents of the course and answers questions accordingly. I chose to take online classes so that I could still work and take less time away from my kids. Wright even supplies you with a laptop so that you can access your online classes from home at your own pace. Overall I love it so far and I have no complaints.

5 College Junior

Campus Resources: The network at Wright is actually very descent. The speeds are up to par and allow you to access the materials online without any trouble. Wifi connections are amazing in the surrounding area too! I have yet to visit the library but Ive heard great things about it and plan to visit the library very soon.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: For a "no frills" education at a reasonable cost Wright Career College does a better than average job considering the other options in my regional area.
