3 College Junior

Campus Housing: All of the upperclassmen dorms are well maintained and look great. The freshmen dorms are being renovated, and i'm sure once they are done will look great too. The senior housing is above anything else. They aren't typical dorms, but are amazing houses/apartments done in a style similar to Charleston's housing.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Freshman dorms are not great, but much better than some I've seen at other schools. You also get to look forward to living in the nationally recognized senior village.

4 College Senior

Campus Housing: Good and Worth the Wait – The freshman-junior dorms are decent, not bad but not awesome either. But serving our time in those dorms is totally worth it once we're seniors and live in the apartments. They're super nice, way better than anything I'll be able to afford for awhile after I graduate.

5 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Freshmen have it the worse, community restroom, small living space, etc. However, this is the last year for this, over the summer they are planning on completely renovating the two freshman dorms, Greene and Marsh. The sophomore dorms are suite style where you have your own bed room cube and you share a living space with one other person and a bathroom with three other people. The sophomore dorms were renovated this past summer and are now complete with hardwood flooring and nice tiled bathrooms. Junior living is very similar to sophomore living. Senior living is the best by far. As a senior you share a home with three other individuals. You live with two to one bathroom, four to a large living and dining area, with a full kitchen. All homes also have a large porch with classic white rocking chairs and a fan.

Campus Housing: The Apartments Are King – The Senior Aprtments where all Seniors live, excluding a few unlucky ones, are fantastic. However, anything below senior housing is mold-infested, built with shoddy workmanship, and plagued by poor air-handling systems. the Apartments are veritable tinder boxes, estimated to be utterly consumed by flames in a mere ten minutes should a fire break out.
