3 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: It is a small town so houses/apartments are kind of hard to find, especially those that are well taken care of. It is definitely a lot cheaper and the freedom is worth the extra transportation to school. Almost all apartments or houses are within walking distance from campus. Parking is always included and the majority of all neighborhoods in Oskaloosa are safe. Landlords usually will take care of utilities and upkeep on the place.
