3 College Freshman

Athletics: Westmont competes in the NAIA so the competition is the greatest, but sporting events are still enjoyable.

4 College Junior

Athletics: As an athlete, athletics play a big part of the campus life at Westmont. The school only has 1200 students, so athletes make up a good percentage of the total students. Our women's and men's teams both participate in NAIA sports at a high level and compete at the national level each year. School spirit and fan support doesn't compare to a large state university, but we are proud of our teams.

3 College Sophomore

Athletics: We have some great teams.
The soccer team has comically been referred to as "God's gift to Westmont." Men's Basketball and Women's Volleyball are definitely the most attended games. Truthfully, school spirit is a bit lacking.

3 College Senior

Athletics: There is some nice equipment at the athletic center especially given the school's relatively small size. However, if you're an athletic student who happens to not be on one of the official athletic teams at Westmont, the facilities are closed off to your use during the teams' practices. Even when the facilities are open for general use, sometimes whole athletic teams are in there using it together before or after their scheduled slots, so it gets super crowded and awkward to work out at the same time! When it's not busy (pretty much early morning and late at night), it's great though and you have much more free range to use the equipment you want.

4 College Junior

Athletics: Being on the Westmont Cross Country team is one of the best experiences I have had. It encourages discipline, promotes competition, and cultivates friendships.
