4 College Senior

Campus Housing: Good campus. I would recommend that incoming freshmen try to avoid Davis Hall for living. It can be a bit out of the way from the rest of campus.

3 College Senior

Athletics: I don't really pay much attention to it. Some of the athletes act like they own the school when we aren't a big sports school.

4 College Senior

Campus Strictness: I don't think people should be underage drinking, or using drugs, and I wish more could be done, but there is only so much that they can do without being too invasive.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: Once I found a group I was comfortable with, life at school got better immediately.

4 College Senior

Diversity: I haven't seen many issues with anything about a persons race, beliefs, or sexual orientation. There are a few jerks who insult people rarely but they are very limited.

4 College Senior

Health & Safety: I've only ever heard of one instance with a sexual assault. There have been a few fights, but it is mostly just from drinking, and people not being able to handle their alcohol.

3 College Senior

Scholarships: I haven't received any help for this semester, which is a big problem. I am trying to contact them to try and figure something out though.

3 College Senior

Guys & Girls: There's a mix of good and bad. When the weekend comes, you can tell who is at school to party, and who is having it paid for by mom and dad.

4 College Senior

Facilities: The campus is great overall. I highly suggest people at least tour the school to really see how nice it is.

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: I haven't seen too many student discounts, but places will accept OwlBucks. There's a WingsoverWesfield near the campus now, so that should be a big attraction when students setback to school.

3 College Senior

Campus Dining: The food isn't horrible, but the variety for vegetarians and vegans is awful. There usually is only one entree dish for them, which isn't fair. I have had a friend get a piece of chicken with a feather still attached.

4 College Senior

Local Atmosphere: You have to find what you like, but there's plenty to do. Stanley Park is right next to the campus so it won't be hard to find an open space to do something on the weekend. Some locals don't like the college students because of some trouble, but they shouldn't be judging all of us for it.

3 College Senior

Academics: We have a great staff in the music department, but it doesn't always feel like the rest of the school knows about us, or supports us. It feels like the general knowledge about music is incredibly low.

3 College Senior

Academics: There is a great spread of classes at Westfield. You're going to have some good professors, and some bad. The registration process has greatly improved, and gets easier as you get older, because as you attend there longer, you register sooner and have more options to choose from.

College Senior

Greek Life: I honestly haven't met any Greek students so I can't really give a good response for this section.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: There are some good teachers, and some bad. You make the most with what you get, and you will find out which teachers truly care about the students. Overall is a really good school.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: I am not going for an education degree, but most of my friends who have graduated from Westfield, have almost immediately gotten teaching jobs.

3 College Senior

Nightlife: There are some hit or miss areas. Paddy's is great. Good atmosphere, drinks, and food. Staff is great. Don't bother going to shenanigans. The place is a mess, and way too loud

3 College Senior

Off-Campus Housing: I've heard mixed reviews from people I know who have lived off campus. They have a building that is owned by the University near the center of town that students can live in. Some apartment areas are a little expensive, but they weren't made with the intention of holding only college students so it is understandable.

3 College Sophomore

Majors: I have not had an internship yet.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I lived in an all freshman dorm and had a good experience. The rooms although were small.

3 College Sophomore

Local Atmosphere: I usually go home or stay on campus with friends.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Some of my professors were easier to work with than others but again it is why I expected.

3 College Sophomore

Overall Experience: Haven't heard any negatives in this area as I haven't had to deal with this yet.

3 College Sophomore

Academics: You need to work for the grades that you want to receive.
