Overall Experience: I have loved this school so much! I was apart of the women's soccer team and that has been such a wonderful opportunity! I did get hurt and had to have surgery, but the school was wonderful and did help when needed. I'm glad I had the opportunity to go to this school!

Tuition & Financial Aid: Financial Aid has really helped me while I have been in school. I have had to receive a loan, which was not fun, but financial aid aid did help with fafsa. I hope to receive more scholarships so that I won't have to get another loan.

Student Body: ASG (Associated Student Government) is what we call our student body. They are wonderful! I was apart of ASG for a semester and it was a great way to get everyone involved and to be involved. The diversity at our school isn't bad; all students get along with each other and love meeting new people.

Campus Resources: We have around four computer labs that are available for students for the majority of the day. It is really helpful since many students either don't have computers, or don't have printers so they just go to the lab and are able to do things fast and easy with the help of the lab workers. Also, the library is a great place to go when you need a quiet place to study. They have private rooms that are available for any student when needed.

Campus Resources: The wireless access is wonderful! It is fast and easy to access wherever in the school you may be. The computer labs let you print as much as needed when needed.

Facilities: The great thing about our school is that it is just one building. All other campuses have separate buildings, but our school is just one. I love that because it really helps our school become more of a community because we learn new faces and meet new people because we begin to see each other on a regular bases. Campus life is also wonderful because our school likes to do activities almost every week so we are able to show our school spirit while meeting many new people.

Career Services: They have many internships that we are able to get through our school during school or during the summer. They want to make sure that we really feel comfortable in the career that we are choosing to pursue.

Academic Flexibility: The last two years, I have been a student athlete and the school really helped make sure that I would get the right amount of time in between classes so that I would be able to get my homework done in-between. Now, I will be going to school just as a regular student and I know that Western will be able to help me when I get stressed or flustered.

Academic Experience: I have always struggled in many subjects, mostly math and some writing, but since I have attended this school, I have progressed in many subjects and have learned so much. The teachers here are wonderful and have been able to teach us to the best of their abilities!

Academic Experience: Registration at this school is easy and fast! I have been able to get into the classes I needed ahead of time and with plenty of spots in each class. Also, they have plenty of programs that help all students to begin their education and to be able to transfer easily to the school of their choice. The academics are wonderful and have really helped me become a better student.

Online Courses: I have never been the biggest fan of online classes, but I have taken a few while going to school at Western, and I have really enjoyed them!

4 College Junior

Campus Resources: I hear good things about the resources for athletics, but I dont participate in that area a lot. Something I like about resources for performing arts is that you can schedule time in the dance studio for yourself. There are individual practice rooms, which are small rooms that each hold a piano, a mirror, and some chairs, so theatre students can have space to practice.

Campus Resources: The internet here is really slow. Printers will often have issues, which is a problem if you are running late to class, but if not you can just go to another lab in the school. There are labs all over the school, and computers interspersed throughout campus that are there for student use. There is even a computer lab in the main dorms.

Facilities: The school started out having a couple of different buildings, but when they realized it gets too cold for this they connected all of the buildings. Everything is connected, and there are multiple student areas that are used for hanging out. Something unique about the school is that there are dinosaur statues all over the school because the school is also a museum. It is one of the cultural centers of the community. Most events in the area are held at the school, so if there is some carnival or concert, students will not even have to leave campus.

Student Body: It seems to me like a lot of the community right outside of the school has a low level of acceptance, but within the school most students feel free to be who they are. There are a lot of different political, religious, and sexual views. There are not very many different ethnicities, but that is because there are not that many in Wyoming in general.

4 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: My one problem with this was that they offer a lot of afternoon classes, and my major makes it so I cannot take any classes after 4:00. But there are always ways to work around this, and I am always helped to make sure I get the classes I need to graduate on time.

3 College Junior

Academic Experience: There are some parts about the theatre program that I love. I love that there are opportunities to be in dance concerts, plays, and musicals instead of just focusing on one section of the performing arts. There are a lot of internships if you remember to apply for them on time, and there are a lot of different theatre based classes.

One thing that really, really bothers me is the lack of professionalism that affects the entire program. In the contract students have to sign at the beginning of the year, it says that students will be offered a variety of roles, including type of show, time period, and how big the role is. I have not seen this applied at all at the school. It seems a select few students are often the center of attention and other students are mostly ignored. There are also things that other students do, like never being on time, that shows a lack of professionalism.

But most of the time it is okay. There are individual voice lessons offered for all students, and the classes teach a lot of different performing techniques. A variety of dance classes is also offered.

Academic Experience: There are always multiple options for classes you can take for graduation. This is including math, science, and social science. One of my favorite classes I took this semester was Sociological Principles, which not only focused on classwork, but also on applying the things you learned in class. Most teachers are experienced and know what they are talking about, and each student is assigned an adviser. All of the advisers are given no more students than they can handle, so they always have time to meet with the student.

2 College Junior

Tuition & Financial Aid: I had an issue at the beginning of the year where the letter I got about my scholarship said that I had a full ride scholarship (including tuition, a meal plan, housing, and $400 book stipend), but when I came to the school I still had to pay for the full required meal plan, half of my housing, and all of my books. I have heard many other stories of similar things happening at this school.

3 College Junior

Career Services: It is difficult for current students to get an on-campus job, which they say are readily available, but alumni students are usually offered small jobs helping with the programs that they graduated from for a short time.

3 College Junior

Online Courses: I personally dont do very well with online classes, but this Western Wyoming is better than others with these online classes.

4 College Junior

Career Services: They are very helpful when you are wanting to transfer. They answer all my questions and keep me updated on what I need to do to be able to transfer to UW.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: It is very easy to go to and convient. It makes it easy to work with my life style

College Senior

Career Services: I have had no experience in any of this. So it doesn't really apply to me.

4 College Senior

Academic Experience: I am really enjoying my specific major. I like the classes and the teachers are very helpful.
