Off-Campus Housing: It seems like a fairly average town living environment.

Off-Campus Housing: I think off-campus housing is a much better deal than living in the dorms.

Off-Campus Housing: I haven't experienced it yet.

Off-Campus Housing: Lots of options surrounding campus, tons of condo's/apartments nearby with bus stops outside all of then to take you to school (buses go every 15 min). Havent been in many, outside quality makes them look a little older, but not bad overall.

Off-Campus Housing: I had a great experience with my last house, it was new, clean, reasonably priced, and had a great landlord. But i know most of the houses downtown have awful landlords, and while the houses are painted cute colors and have a vintage feel, they are very rundown and cramped. If you can live with that in exchange for living close to downtown, then you're set. Otherwise its very easy to find other housing options in less "fun" areas that are cleaner and more spacious
