It's really easy to get financial aid at western. Apply on fafsa, and if you qualify, you receive your aid about two weeks before classes start. The refund process is really smooth as well. I have no complaints.
The process was good but I just hate using the money I'm offered knowing I'm gonna have to pay it back
I applied for many scholarships and financial aid and received nothing. This is very unfortunate for me because my parents are not able to pay for a single cent of my tuition and I have been struggling to pay for it myself.
The process for VA benefits is confusing and nobody seems to know the correct process. I had issues from both the school and from the VA.
My parents completed the FAFSA and supposedly make too much money for me to receive any financial aide. But they could only pay for my room and board. So I applied for over 25 scholarships and didn't receive even one. I made an appointment at the financial aide office and it took all of 5 min for the guy to tell me he couldn't help me and suggested I live at home and take as many community college classes as I could transfer over. I am working full time but still don't know how I'm going to pay for everything.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
