3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Our campus is so large, it's almost impossible to not find a friend or friend group that complements your qualities. With that said, there are also many opportunities for enemies to be forms. Our campus has over 25K students and WMU does everything in it's power to help students feel included. The students fit into so many different categories. They are not stuck up or always the most educated, but they are usually nice people all around.

4 College Sophomore

Guys & Girls: The typical girl is wearing yoga pants or short shorts so you get the idea

4 College Junior

Guys & Girls: I think everyone shows their own uniqueness, its almost as no one is ashamed or afraid to be themselves, which is a good thing in my eyes.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Could be better. Some people find each other, but everyone is different.

3 College Freshman

Guys & Girls: The overall "look" and interest level of the guys and girls on campus is par for Midwestern Colleges. It is pretty casual and creative.

With Western Michigan University's total enrollment exceeding 25,000 students, making friends is easy, as there's somebody for everyone out there. While the University has a slightly higher ratio of women compared to men, it's not too noticeable, considering the size of the school.

The type of student at Western varies greatly, and depending on your personality type, there are literally thousands of students you could potentially get to know. Most students on campus are younger, in their late teens and early 20s; however, there are graduate students and continuing education students who are in their mid- to late 20s, and occasionally, there are students even older than that. Overall, everyone is really down to earth, and finding someone to hang out with is relatively simple.
