Campus Dining: Campus has a variety of places to eat like subway, starbucks, and a large assortment of other food in a big cafeteria area in the DUC building

Campus Dining: There are a lot of coffee spots!

Campus Dining: There is plenty to choose from, depending on what you want and how much time you have between classes.

1 College Senior

Campus Dining: South campus only has one food option. The food is very limited but edible when you don't have time to leave campus.

4 College Junior

Campus Dining: I love that there are so many options on campus in regards to location. Students can go to Chikfila, Subway, Popeyes, Papa Johns, Steak and Shake, Panda Express, Izzi's Mexican, Einstein's Bagels, Salad Works, Starbucks, Bene Pasta, Fresh Food Company, Froyo, etc... While the location options are great, the options available when purchasing with a meal plan arent as great. Each location only gives students a few options that can be purchased with a meal swipe, if students prefer other options they must use other currency such as meal plan dollars, big red dollars, or cash. That can be inconvenient, but overall campus dining has been great.

Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

One of the first things many students want to know about the campus is the quality of food. WKU has many options that are sure to please pretty much anyone. On campus, students can find sandwiches, pizza, burgers, buffets, homestyle cuisine, burritos, pasta, chicken, sushi, and more! Vegetarians and carnivores alike can always find something delicious to eat.

At each place, there are certain combinations that are on a meal plan. For example, at Subway, students can get a sandwich, drink, and apples, chips, or two cookies.  At Izzi's, students get a burrito, chips, and a drink. The downside is, unless you have a meal plan, the food can get a little pricey. Without a meal plan, combinations can cost $5 to $6, but nothing costs more than what students would normally pay in a restaurant. Of course, at the end of the semester, even the best places can get a little old, and the most delicious places are often the most unhealthy, but, in general, even the pickiest eater can agree that WKU outshines many other places when it comes to dining.
