Drug Safety: There isn't much peer pressure, since everyone believes that one should choose their own path in life. Quite a few people drink mostly, but smoking and psychedelics is only common in a small part of the college.

Drug Safety: They put many warning though email and posters around school on the safety.

Drug Safety: So long as you stay around the right crowd, you'll be just fine.

Drug Safety: I do know that WCU is somewhat of a party school; I also know several students that take part in drinking. However, it is also very easy to find people that don't take part in these types of activities. These are the type of people that I tend to "hang" around.

Drug Safety: Drinking is a big deal just like at most colleges, but the police do enforce underage drinking.
