3 College Junior

Transportation: One will need a car if you want to do activities non related to school.

5 College Junior

Majors: I would refer my school for mechanical engineering to any person who aspires to be one.

4 College Junior

Majors: $17/hour....40 hours a week.... You will learn a lot and understand the use of college courses in work industry.

3 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: 80% of the off campus housing is owned by one Realtor company

3 College Junior

Nightlife: Normally a drinking party not much dancing

3 College Junior

Athletics: Basketball has the highest attendance.

3 College Junior

Guys & Girls: Being an engineering school there is probably a 3 to 1 ratio of boys and girls.

5 College Junior

Diversity: There are people from all around the world

Computers: Most of them carry Microsoft Office 2010 and are Windows 7

3 College Junior

Local Atmosphere: Its a small town with a lot of potential, it has a couple restaurants, no bars.

4 College Junior

Campus Strictness: It is a dry campus and tobacco free.

3 College Junior

Campus Housing: One dorm is very modern and nice, while the second one is old and needing remodeling.

3 College Junior

Greek Life: All the greeks hangout together and are friendly toward non-greeks. There are 3 chapters in WVU Tech.

3 College Senior

Weather: Snow, rain, sun. Expect all four seasons in a week.

2 College Senior

Off-Campus Dining: We have a few good places. There are no late night options & it gets dull after a few times at the same places.

3 College Senior

Campus Housing: Too expensive for what you get, it's much cheaper to get an apartment that's just as close to campus

3 College Senior

Greek Life: Two fraternities, two sororities, good parties, that's about it.

3 College Senior

Athletics: Soccer is pretty big, lots of kids on athletic scholarships, we no longer have a football team. Not a major part of campus life.

2 College Senior

Nightlife: The only night life is the occasional frat party, or once in a blue moon house party.

3 College Senior

Overall Experience: The school is good academically, just wish there was more in town to do!

3 College Senior

Facilities: Clubs on campus try to keep students busy with various activities. There's only one gym with a small (usually crowded) weight room, and the pool is almost never open. The new addition of the outdoor basketball court is nice though.

4 College Senior

Facilities: The professors are great, most of them really want to see you succeed and will help as much as they can if you ask. Not an amenity at a larger school .

2 College Senior

Local Atmosphere: There's a few local restaurants, one sketchy bar with a pool table, & no night life. No where is open past 11 which makes for boring nights & weekends.

3 College Freshman

Majors: When leaving home and staying on campus, I went through a hard time. I didn't know if I was alone in this or if there were others on campus feeling the same. I didn't have close friends and my family wasn't near me to talk to. My grades started dropping and I even failed a course. Adapting to college lectures and managing my time was difficult due to high school not preparing me for this.

Campus Dining: I am used to home cooking everyday. So my opinion of this question will probably not be good. The food isn't creative or inviting. The facility is clean. For the high cost, I expected more in choices.
