Career Services: My first semester, I didn't have to pay anything and I even got a refund check but the past two years they have made me pay everything. I have not changed jobs and everything has been the same so something is up with their financial aid system.

Facilities: I'm really not sure what sets this school apart from any other. This campus is small and doesn't have a lot going for it. The student lounge area isn't that appealing and doesn't really have much to offer. There isn't a cafeteria or anything but every now and then people from certain food places do come and offer us some type of food.

Tuition & Financial Aid: I'm not sure if the financial aid service is actually accurate at my school. I know that at my old school before i transferred i never had to pay anything. But once i transferred, i ended up having to pay some money back. I'm not sure why when at my old school they even gave me a refund check.

Career Services: I know that the friends i have that have graduated from this school have all had an easy time finding a job. Being at a tech school and graduating from here has made it easier for them to find a job in their field.

Academic Experience: It's actually pretty great. I love going to class and enjoy my teachers and classmates. The workload isn't bad and my teachers actually make learning fun. There is never a dull moment in the class and my teachers explain everything with a lot of details and examples, so i never get lost in the class. They are easy to talk to and encourage us to ask questions when we don't understand something. Overall, my classes and teachers are great.

Academic Experience: Class registration is an easy thing to do. It isn't confusing or complex at all. Plus my advisor helped explain it to me and they have a new program where we can see exactly where we stand and how far along we are in our major. It also shows you the last few classes you need to graduate and what hasn't been completed or what has been completed.

Campus Resources: I have never had trouble accessing the internet at school. I have also never had trouble using a computer or printing anything that I need. The availability of computers is incredible.

Facilities: I love West Georgia Technical College, because there is a good amount of open space outside to study. The classrooms are spacious and the teacher to student ratio is excellent. Our school also has college nights out at popular places, such as Six Flags.

Tuition & Financial Aid: West Georgia Technical Colleges tuition and financial aid process is simple and straight forward. Everyone that helped me with getting financial aid was incredibly nice and extremely helpful. Any questions that I have ever had have always been responded to very quickly via email or by phone.

Student Body: The student body at West Georgia Technical College is wonderful. Everyone that I have encountered and had conversation with has been really friendly. The typical student at my school range between the ages of 18 and 25, but there are a few students that are older. Although there is a large diversity in the student body, including age range, race, and economic status, I have only witnessed friendly situations and encounters. Everyone is very accepting at West Georgia Tech!
