Tuition & Financial Aid: The tuition is a little outrageous but for the accelerated courses and the availability it's worth it.

4 College Sophomore

Facilities: The facilities are great. The school has many processes on place to make sure that the students succeed.

Campus Resources: The school has tutoring provided by the teachers and they also have student tutors that have passed certain class with A's. The library is also a great source to find information for erase arch papers.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Resources: The campus has wifi and it is easily accessible.

4 College Sophomore

Career Services: I can't personally answer this question but I know lots of people that have been able to find great jobs after graduating.

Overall Experience: My school is a private school and although the cost is high I know that with the standards they have for me and the ones I've made for myself, I know I will be a very competent nurse upon graduation. Another this I love is that I only have to meet once a week for most classes so I can still get my hours at work

Academic Flexibility: My whole process from registration to starting my first class was great. I already had my LVN license and it was a very smooth transition. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and the teachers are amazing.

4 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: My BSN program is an accelerated program but the work load is very like. I love the fact that our semesters are 9 weeks with a week to recover in between semesters.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: The Professor are some of the best at this school. The classes are 5 ours long but I've never fallen asleep on any classes because the professors keep me interested. The school is a little behind with the class registration process but they are working on getting it up and running.

Academic Flexibility: My experience at the college I attend is great. The teachers are really nice and very supportive, and most staff is always willing to help when you need them. When I transferred to West Coast University, my credits easily transferred and the whole process was quick. Although I would have to say that this school is really expensive and I do not like the classes that are in the middle of the day; I would prefer if they were either in the early morning or afternoon.

Student Body: west coast is culturally diverse. Diversity is great!

4 College Junior

Online Courses: students are nice. Compared to city colleges west coast is very advance because they have computers in most classrooms and professors expect you to know how to use different aspects of the computer.

5 College Junior

Academic Experience: Everything is pretty organized compared to city colleges and classes are always available. Teachers are strict but very informative. the days here are long because it an accelerated program which means you have to spend more time on campus to complete a class in 9 weeks.

3 College Sophomore

Career Services: i dont know much but i do know that a lot of our graduates go come back to our masters program. so i think its safe to assume there is quality in the education here.

5 College Sophomore

Academic Experience: nursing is really the only major at my school. but the best part about it, is that there is no waiting list. and that alone is AN AMAZING REASON

4 College Sophomore

Academic Flexibility: besides for a few unreachable financial aid assistants, this school is pretty much on top of everything. when there is a problem, they fix it in no time

4 College Sophomore

Online Courses: honestly online classes at west coast are very convenient if you work or have kids. you learn everything you have to, in a very simpler way. its a great way to a class

Tuition & Financial Aid: In my opinion, the education I receive, is well worth the amount of tuition. In the long run, I will be able to reap the benefits of a well paid career that is always in high demand. Gaining a degree makes all the difference in this world today. The Financial Aid office helps step by step. The employees help to calculate cost of school, how much financial aid will provide in helping pay for school, but also different payment options. They give you the option of applying for a loan. They also have payment plan options that break down the price of tuition per month. I do have to admit that the price for 3 years of school is a lot, but in the end, and if you have the funds and are willing to put in the time and effort, it's all worth it.

Academic Flexibility: Because class schedules are chosen for you, flexibility of hours and your own personal agenda would have to work around your class hours. Coming into the program, staff and counselors make it clear that with attending West Coast University, SCHOOL comes first. So, being prepared to take less hours at work might have to be an option. As for me, I was completely aware of the hours i needed to dedicate to school, so I am now a full time student. As for transferring credits, being prepared with official transcripts, makes the transfer credits process easy. Overall my experience with West Coast University has been an enjoyable one.
