Campus Dining: Lawrence dining hall is horrible despite being the best option economically. Sykes food court is expensive and you usually spend 2+ meal swipes for one meal. There are a lot of really good food trucks on Church St. and Starbucks and Einstein's are good.

Greek Life: I'm not Greek, but it's a major part of campus life. A majority of the students are Greek and they do a lot of on-campus and off-campus activities.

Facilities: Overall it's good. There's a lot of changes to try to get more money into the campus, but the classrooms are in need of repairs and updates. However, there is a huge movement towards going green.

Overall Experience: I love the campus and classes, but I hate the administration. It's getting pretty stressful because they are raising tuition and increasing class sizes while cutting certain courses/majors.

4 College Senior

Overall Experience: The alumni network is very involved and there are a lot of opportunities for internships.

3 College Senior

Guys & Girls: There's a wide variety of student interests and appearances.

4 College Senior

Diversity: While there are still a lot of issues to be dealt with, the campus is extremely diverse. The LGBTQA club is very well-known and has a huge attendance rate. There is a wide range of racial and ethnic diversity and economic background. There's a struggle with gender-based issues, such as rape and sexual harrassment, as well as trans* issues. However, the student population is much more accepting than the administration.

Academics: I absolutely love my major. The faculty is amazing, intelligent, and eager to teach. The best way to learn is to get on a personal level with your professors. It makes the whole experience so much better, and they are willing to help you out if they know you are working hard for them. The administration is bad and undervalues the English department, but the department is like a big family.

5 College Senior

Academics: There is a wide variety of majors and courses available each semester. The professors, for the most part, are extremely helpful and willing to teach. There are a lot of accommodations for special needs students.

2 College Senior

Scholarships: It's extremely difficult to get through to anyone in the financial aid office, and the only way I was able to get a hold of anyone to help me cover my tuition was to go into the office personally and wait an hour for someone to see me. They rarely cover all of the tuition and are hard to get a hold of, and the application process is a headache. They keep requesting different forms after you send them in. They help you out if you pretty much get in their faces about it.

3 College Senior

Athletics: The football team is popular, but nearly every other sport is ignored by the campus and students.

4 College Sophomore

Campus Strictness: strictness is good. public safety cracks down on all alcohol and drugs on campus and in dorms, noise policy is lenient during the day and strict at night.

4 College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: it is very close to campus, it is available to anyone who applies (first come first serve), the cost is acceptable, the landlords are good, the parking is good, it is very safe,.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: There were no difficulties getting into my program. The musical theatre major has to audition after two semesters of classes. Over those two semesters, they prepare you for your audition. The most important criteria for admission are your high school grades and SAT scores. If one is a good student and seems like they have a lot to offer, they will be admitted.

4 College Sophomore

Majors: The people in the theatre program are very original and outgoing. They make newcomers feel welcome and are always up for a good time. The faculty is also pretty passionate about the program and always provide you with information that could be helpful. I love it most of the time.

3 College Freshman

Campus Strictness: The strictness of the school is of a personal view. The school has rules and regulation, and if you can conform to them, then the rules are not bad to work with. If the individual wants to move away form the rules then the school can be seen as strict.

3 College Freshman

Scholarships: My experience with financial aide is one that is still going on. On account of the number of students and the cost of the school, the aide is not often given.

Athletics: The athletics of the university is a major part of many of the students lives. The students wear, attend, and cheer on their teams as they strive to attain their goal.

4 College Freshman

Local Atmosphere: The town of West Chester has a charm unique to its ties to the college. The Shops, roads, night life, and events center around, and aide the students in their vibrancy to be alive.
