2 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: The rooms are of a nice size, especially in Main where the rooms used to be classrooms, but there's next to no rule enforcement, everything is falling apart, and there are insect infestations in most places

Examples: RAs are the primary breakers of quiet hours. You will not get a hot shower. There's a gaping hole in one of the girl's bathrooms. In the winter you'll wake up with frost and icicles on the inside of your window. In the spring you'll find hornets and ants in the halls, ceilings, and occasionally on you when you wake up.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: I lived on campus for 2 years in the same dorm. Every dorm has it's own perks. I lived in main because it's the closest to the academic side and also contains the mailroom and the dinning hall.

3 College Freshman

Campus Housing: All of the dorms are pretty nice and have their own perks for someone who would want tp live their. Laundry is free to do and all students must live on campus unless you are a senior.

5 College Sophomore

Campus Housing: Living on campus allows you to fully experience the community feeling that encompasses Wells. The rooms in some of the dorms are kind of small, but it's a very comforting environment because of the trust and openness of all the people on campus.

4 College Freshman

Campus Housing: Mostly all the dorms at Wells are fairly sized and provide a lot of natural light. Almost all dorms have a nice view to look at. The options are plenty for a small college of about 5 housing options for freshies and 6 for women in upperclassmen(Glen Park). Dodge isn't too nice and is known as Dirty Dodge put some people still like it. Main is in the center of everything and very convenient with the dinning hall right downstairs and a computer lab and more. Weld is beautiful and Leach as well.
