There is an abundance of computers found throughout the campus, whether in one of the many computer labs or at a "computer station" down a hallway. Most students have a computer on hand for personal use and accessing the Internet while in their dorms, but the abundance of computers on campus is a good substitute. Be aware that some technology on laptops may only be on certain computers, like Photoshop or Movie Maker on Mac. Macs are available for use in the Sverdrup building or in Emerson Library if you need to access a specific program.
Campus-wide Wi-Fi is accessible using a student's connection username and password, without the worry of it being abused by the public. However, as of late, the campus's network is beginning to become overworked and can put the Internet at a standstill. Some places around campus are better than others when it comes to Wi-Fi, such as some rooms in Maria not having any connectivity in one spot, but when moved over a few inches, it works again. There have been times when the network has been shut down for repairs and maintenance for hours, sometimes days at a time.
