3 College Senior

Campus Dining: They could crack down on health department regulations.

College Sophomore

Campus Dining: I don't live on campus and don't eat there, so there's not much I can tell you.

3 College Freshman

Campus Dining: The food could be better. Often the food is not prepared very well, or options are limited.

3 College Sophomore

Campus Dining: Just average, nothing special. Kind of overpriced if you ask me.

4 College Freshman

Campus Dining: Towers is always open even when other locations are closed. They accept meal plans and cash. I personally love Gold'n'Greens becuase their food is more fresh and prepared in front of you in a smaller location. I preper fresh to fast and GnG offers that. Towers has good food, but it's not my first pick. This from a person not big on hamburgers, fries, and pizza. Those options, as well as soup and salad are served consistently everyday at all times. 'Warm' specials like fish, chicken, veggies, rice, etc. vary each day.

The food at Wayne State is good, and there is a diverse selection— you can find Mediterranean food, pizza, vegetarian options, and almost anything you can think of. The University has two dining halls that are open to anybody for a charge of about $7, but it is all-you-can-eat, so it’s a good deal. WSU is mainly a commuter school, so most people either bring lunches or feast in the student center because of the many choices there. You'll find fast food options like Subway, Pizza Hut, and KFC there; just be warned that these establishments are a little pricier than their free-standing counterparts.

In the UGL (Undergraduate Library), there is Delilah's Café, which is like a small convenience store that sells premade sandwiches, salads, and fruit salads. Delilah's is a little pricy, but it works if you forget your lunch. There are also vending machines across campus that have built-in microwaves for frozen dinners you can bring from home or for the popcorn you can purchase from the machines.
