Off-Campus Housing: I have always lived off campus so I don't really know how to compare to on campus

College Sophomore

Off-Campus Housing: I'm a global campus student, this doesn't apply to me.

4 College Freshman

Off-Campus Housing: I have heard that it is pretty decent but I wouldn't know from experience.

4 College Junior

Off-Campus Housing: There are a lot of off-campus housing options. Some are run through the university, others by private landlord. There are a lot of off-campus housing options that are quite close to a bus line, making getting to class convenient.

Off-Campus Housing: You pretty much get what you pay for. Campus Commons is the one most people try their first time moving off campus they are pretty good but kinda crappy sometimes. The walls are thin and so if your neighbors party you will probably hear it. The online payment option sucks cause they have issues processing checks and they bounce and then they make it your problem which messes with your credit score. Also sometimes with maintenance they don't handle things in a professional manner.
