Academic Flexibility: The instructors will, at times give me back someone else's assignment feedback and also the tests are timed and even when talking to the instructor about test anxiety and giving more time for tests, they didn't seem to care.

Academic Flexibility: My experience has been somewhat hassle free, but a few hiccups have occurred that was mitigated without a lot of fanfare.

Academic Flexibility: The flexibility of classes is the best since you take it from wherever you are as long as you have access to a computer and the internet. I have been on vacation more than one time while in class. There has always been help when I needed it which was a concern that I had when enrolling in an online program. I have had to call technical support at 11:00 at night in order to submit an assignment and surprisingly there was someone available to walk me through and trouble shoot the problem that I had. One frustration that i did have is that my credits or a full year at a community college some years ago did not transfer at all. It is also frustrating to find that nearing the end of my degree I am out of funds with too much college and not enough money to finish. I did not realize that this could happen, I changed majors twice to make sure that I had the right program for me. Each time I ended up losing some and extending my graduation date, thus I am out of funds before my degree is up. When expressing my frustration to the Advising team the response I got was that this happens alot. I would consider this a problem, like maybe there isn't enough Advising or assistance to make sure you are on track throughout the process.
