Academic Flexibility: The school enrolls you in your next class and work with you if you need financial assistance

Academic Flexibility: My experience with my school has been good.

Academic Flexibility: The flexibility of classes is the best since you take it from wherever you are as long as you have access to a computer and the internet. I have been on vacation more than one time while in class. There has always been help when I needed it which was a concern that I had when enrolling in an online program. I have had to call technical support at 11:00 at night in order to submit an assignment and surprisingly there was someone available to walk me through and trouble shoot the problem that I had. One frustration that i did have is that my credits or a full year at a community college some years ago did not transfer at all. It is also frustrating to find that nearing the end of my degree I am out of funds with too much college and not enough money to finish. I did not realize that this could happen, I changed majors twice to make sure that I had the right program for me. Each time I ended up losing some and extending my graduation date, thus I am out of funds before my degree is up. When expressing my frustration to the Advising team the response I got was that this happens alot. I would consider this a problem, like maybe there isn't enough Advising or assistance to make sure you are on track throughout the process.

5 College Junior

Academic Flexibility: I had a lot of problems with financial aid and getting the classes I needed at my last school. Walden has been a refreshing change.

5 College Senior

Academic Flexibility: My courses are pre-registered, so I stay on track.
